RV dishwasher
We have had one of the small dishwashers for years in our motor home. After 8 years our first one started leaking. Replaced it with this GE. On our first trip we loaded it up and tried to run a cycle. It failed miserably. It would go into a wash cycle and it seemed like it was trying to drain but nothing came out. Then we would get 888 on the display screen. The owners manual doesn’t reference this at all. We were left with water in the bottom and the door was leaking. Seemed like there was insulation in the door that was soaked. Currently have a towel underneath the door to catch any drips. We are not impressed with this at all.

The awesome Mighty GE 18" Dishwasher!
I have never had a dishwasher and I am in my 60's this GE Dishwasher has so much storage and and cleans everything with a amazing shine! So easy to roll back into place and easy to attach to the kitchen facet. Pictures don't do it justice because this compact & convenient dishwasher can do your dishes and pans and glasses in a load with proper stacking! It runs so quietly and so easy to use I am in love and my dishes and kitchen looks great! It always has a really nice top that can be used as extra kitchen counter space or a good place to place the dishes on as you are unloading. It is well design so it looks and performs with excellence.

First load done. Read others who mentioned various little things about this unit they disliked. None of that here. Dinner plates - at first I thought spray arm was going to hit them, bit whe top rack is adjusted there is plenty of room. Cord and hoses connected and then slid back in easily. Quiet! At one point I had to check if was still running as I didn't hear it from 20 feet away. The loudest part of cycle is discharging water back into sink. Dishes came out clean. I cracked door when done and will let them air dry as this unit doesn't have dry cycle. Didn't use that feature on old unit and won't miss it one bit. Very impressed with how this works after first usage.

Great Investment
The product is great. I wish I would have thought to buy it 10 years ago. Overall, it has been great. It hooks up with ease to my faucet and it cleans my dishes really well. Some features I wish it had are, a pre-rinse button or a shorter dish washing time and an instant drying feature. The lowest time is 45 minutes but that's not major. I once forgot to put a dish washer tab in the machine and it still cleaned my dishes. Also, you can not read the time left on a wash unless you pause the wash by opening the door, but again very minor. You just read the time on the open door and then re-start the wash and close the door.

Quiet Convenient Space Saver
The small footprint is exactly what I needed as I can store it away neatly in my VERY small kitchen. It's well made, gets the dishes really clean, and is surprisingly quiet. The regular cleaning cycles are long - and the quick cycle doesn't do as good a job as I had hoped so it would be nice to have something "in between". Also, we actually ended up hooking it up to the guest bathroom sink as it WILL NOT work with the "all in one" sprayer type of kitchen faucet that are the most common today (my boyfriend is a contractor by trade and couldn't get it to work). Overall, I'm really pleased with it as it does exactly what it's supposed to.

Hands Down, Best Portable Dishwasher!
Absolutely, after years of browsing and using some of the competition, this new model GE has more features and a stunning design than anything else out there right now.
I set my first load to AutoSense and Boost, and it automatically adjusted the time to do the best job on that particular load. So cool! And the dishes came out perfectly!
The amount of water moving from three spray arms (well two arms and a top sprayer) is impressive. You can barely hear it, unless you get close, but it sounds powerful and is definately effective.
The controls are great and you can look under the upper lip while its operating and see the minutes remaining.
I hope it lasts for years! What a great new machine!

Small and mighty
This cute little monster fits perfectly into my small home. It truly cleans even dried on food and yuck. It's silent and easy to use. I do have some issues however. I have a fancy kitchen faucet and needed to buy some extra parts in order to achieve connection. Luckily I know a plumber who helped me find the right fittings. So, it CAN be done, with minor additional expense. Next, my large plates cannot be washed in this little guy because the spinning bar on the upper rack won't clear the tops of the dish. But it cleans pans and silverwear and glasses and everything else, so I am still glad to have it.

Runs quietly!!
This dishwasher is perfect for us!! There is just 2 of us and it holds what we need perfectly!!! Our home was never built with a dishwasher so we bought portables. This one runs very quietly. The dishes come very clean. We haven’t had any “baked on” food debris!! It uses less water than our old dishwasher yet cleans better. There seems to be more room for dishes than in our old 18” from 2011. The silverware basket has slots for the utensils which prevents over crowding!! I HIGHLY recommend this dishwasher especially if there are few people and not much space in your household.
