Very Noisy
I did online search and read the reviews they said it’s quiet. Delivered on time and when I received it was already unboxed. The delivery people Temco, said they unboxed it at the parking lot. The first time I used I noticed it is noisy but tolerable. Then months passed the noise became annoying especially I have a studio apartment and the best way to connect the washer is at my kitchen sink. If would be better if I place and connect to the bathroom. The hose connector I like most I can easily snap and unsnap from the faucet. The clothes air dry easily whether I hanged them inside and outside the apartment.

Great Purchase!
This washing machine is portable, not compact. It holds as much laundry as a full size washing machine. Laundry comes out clean and it spins almost dry. Rolls with ease and hose connects simply to the faucet. Perfect for apartment living without a permanent connection needed. Was well worth the investment.

Good Machine
Very happy with this machine. Much bigger than i thought but thats good! Was not hard to attach hoses and bottom plate and faucet connector. It of good quality and very heavy. I was tired of going to laundry mat and with the corona virus this was a godsend. I only have one thing i wish they would fix and that is the casters they are very little. It only rolls forwards and backwards and not side to side. I may end up putting bigger casters on but its not a game changer I love it!! The delivery men were very nice and polite and answered all my questions before they left. Pricey but worth it.

No laundry mat for me!
I like this washer. It is a practical way to do my wash at home in my tiny 1930s cottage.
Drawbacks for me are no agitator. I believe cloths get cleaner. I have had to get better at pre-was spot cleaning. The wheels are not long enough to move the machine easily. I replaced them. That is it though! Should be an energy sipper. Time will tell. Not tiny but small enough.

Received machine 2 weeks ago. Caster wheels are an issue. If you need to move machine more than 50 feet on a non tiled or a hardwood floor you will have difficulties. Hoping there will be some adjustments made.

Space saver for sure
I love my washer. I have a small apartment that does not have washer and dryer connections. The washer is a whole lot bigger than I thought it was going to be for it being a space saver. It is easy to setup at my sink and once we figured out the right way to set the grippers on the bottom it was very easy to move back and forth from where we keep it where we use it. The washer washes very well. Just make sure you read all the instructions on function settings.

Large capacity for it's size!
This washing machine was just delivered today. I have already done 4 loads of wash in it and so far I absolutely love it!! It's quiet and cleans everything perfectly. I can't believe the large capacity it has! I have an apartment and so I have very limited space and this portable model fits in my kitchen perfectly! If you're in the market for a small Automatic Washer I highly recommend you purchase this product! I forgot to mention that it has a bleach, fabric softener, and detergent dispenser. (very convenient)

doesn't drain or fill consistently
bought this when our local laundromat closed and after just a few uses it stopped functioning consistently. sometimes the cycle won't drain, others it plays the "cycle complete" sound, only to find that it it never rinsed and out clothes are still dirty. we live in a small apartment and it takes up a LOT of space -- it may be portable but it is NOT small. seriously regret spending so much on something that doesn't work 100% of the time.
