Wonderful washer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had LG washers for the past 14 years and loved them. Recently my LG washer broke and American home shield replaced it suggesting this washer as it had steam and similar features. I have washed 3 loads and love it!! The auto detergent is wonderful, no guessing on detergent or using too much. The best feature for a front loader is the vent dry system. After I finished washing, I turned it on and it dried the entire interior of the machine including the door seal which I fought to keep clean on my LG. We bought the matching dryer and it its just as wonderful! So glad I chose this one!!

Horrible washer- did not even last 2 years.
We bought a front load washer in June of 2024. Spider arm started going out shortly after a year and now bearings are going out less than 2 years after purchase. GE was bought by HIAR(however you spell that, in 2018 and it’s all junk now) per our repair guy who came out. He said GE now is not the GE we remember growing up, it’s junk now. It would cost more to repair it then just buy a new, different brand. Will never buy another GE product again. Brand new washer last a year and a half. He has been seeing a lot of these washers going out and not lasting since they were bought out. Do not buy!!!

High tech, antimicrobial, and sanitizing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this washing machine. It has great technology- you can download an app to start, stop, and monitor your laundry cycles! It also works so well. It has a spot to hold up to 32 loads of laundry soap in it with an automatic dispenser! So high tech! We had previously got rid of our front load washing machines due to odors, but this one has added features to reduce odors normal front loading machines have. It also has antimicrobial technology to reduce bacteria’s, and a sanitizing feature to reduce other bacteria’s and allergens. It is quiet, efficient, and works so well. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my GE washer!
So far I am very pleased with my new GE washing machine. I have plenty of room for larger loads and the machine is so much quieter than my last one that was not a GE. My clothes come out clean and I love the automatic detergent dispenser. I am also very impressed with the Ultra Fresh Vent system. It does a great job of drying out the drum so that my seal doesn’t get moldy like it did in my last machine. There are more cycles than I will ever use. I do wish the app offered more options than just telling me how much time is left on my cycle. Maybe GE will give that an upgrade one day. Overall I am extremely happy with this washing machine.

Lots of features
I have had the washer for several weeks, and find it easy to use. I’m still trying to increase the volume on the end-of-cycle signal. Although it says “end” when finished, it would be helpful if the light remained on. I haven’t tried the WiFi yet or cleaned the filter. Ease of that remains to be seen. I also haven’t cleaned it yet and hope some kind of light sends a reminder instead of me keeping track of how many loads I’ve done even though it should be cleaned monthly. I would also like to see a “drain and spin” cycle on future washers instead or in addition to “rinse and spin”. Last but not least, the time saver feature is probably the best feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has multiple presets for bedding,towels, whites , quick wash delicates etc. each of these presets can be customized for soil temp and spin. This model includes a smart dispense system which you can preload up to 50 oz of detergent. Includes power steam cycles. Uses high efficiency detergent. Very hefty and durable you can tell it's well made. Very reliable and washed my dogs blankets and rugs with ease. This model comes with a 10 yr warranty, ultra fresh vent system and is powered by smart HQ( remote notifications, and cycle tracking) i highly recommend this washer. All I need now is the matching dryer

Fresh Smart Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the UltraFresh Vent System! After you finish a load, upon closing the door it alerts to start that system. You can start and stop it, I let it go the full time and it took about 8hours. I’ve been doing it less time if I don’t do numerous loads, any where from 1 hour to 15mins. I have no wetness or order in the washer. My other favorite thing is the alert that your laundry soap is low, it actually tells you how many loads you have left. The WiFi is such a great bonus, my phone alerts me when cycle is almost, complete, completed and a reminder that clothes are still in there after 30 mins completed!

Great features and washes well
Just got this washer and have only used it for a few days. So far, I am very pleased with it. I have a GE Dryer and am going to try out the linked feature. If I can get that to work, it will be super convenient because they are stacked, and it is difficult to reach the dryer controls. Being able to set the dryer's settings directly from the washing machine panel will make using the dryer so much easier. The washer itself does a great job cleaning the clothes, and has all the typical settings needed. I love the auto dispense detergent feature - load it up with your detergent, and forget about putting in detergent for each load.
