Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Quiet and efficient!
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I would expect a higher end dishwasher would have more settings for sensitive dishes, i.e. old china, etc. But otherwise, great dishwasher. It does take a long time to run on even the 1 hour setting (which is more like two hours), but needs normal load for most runs and the heavy for (whoops! overloaded!) the pots and pans type or more. It is so very quiet!!! Much more than any other dishwasher I had, and I just purchased one for my old home a year ago. So in general, very happy with it, does a good job, love the extra sprays for bottles on the top shelf and other great features.

Not as expected - Flimsy and cheap
Ordered this without putting my hands on it and wished I would have seen before I purchased. Baskets are absolutely flimsy. Bottom Rack hits the rubber seal at the utensil holder. Had to bend the rack so that it would not destroy the rubber in 2 usages. Or move the Utensil tray off the rails. The 2nd rack is awkward to move up and down - flimsy and Top utensil rack is flimsy. I really expected more from GE. Could not return for a better model from my retail store since it was a special order with solid food disposal, which is a feature i wanted. I guess you get what you pay for.

At long last!
We purchased this dishwasher in October of 2024 after losing it and all of our other appliances to flooding caused by hurricane Helene. Also purchased a GE washer and gas dryer. Our GE refrigerator
managed to survive! Having just had electric and water fully restored, our dishwasher was finally installed. In one week, I have used the dishwasher in excess of 10 times for my everyday dishes, two sets of 12 china, christmas china/dishes and untold number of glasses. Can't say enough about the capacity, the easy loading and my sparkling clean dishes. And it is so quiet - my husband asked me twice if I was sure it was running.

Looks and sounds great, but racks need improvement
The dishwasher looks great and I love having stainless steal on the inside of the tub. Instructions were well documented and installation was straight forward. The controls are easy to navigate and the machine itself is super quiet compared to my last dishwasher. My main complaints are that the layout of the bottom and middle dish racks don't work well with standard sized dishes - it makes no sense, but bowls and small plates don't stay in place and slide all around. I don't understand how you can get this wrong. My other complaint is dishes aren't always completely clean on normal cycle, so we usually need to run the heavier setting which takes significantly longer.

Disappointed with this dishwasher
I really wanted to like this model, but it’s been disappointing from the start. The dishes often come out with residue, and I’ve noticed cloudy water sitting at the bottom of the filter compartment after every cycle. The drying cycle doesn’t fully dry plastic items or even some glassware. My knifes have started to build rust. If I want my dishes to come out completely dry i have to chose the high dry boost setting and it adds an extra 2 hours to the washing time making it a 3+ washing cycle. For the price, I expected better cleaning and overall quality.
I would not buy this dishwasher again and wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for reliable cleaning performance.

Okay but not terrific
We replaced our old GE Profile with this dw. This is noisier but not loud. Better rack layout/easy to load. Nice touch controls and cycle options. Cleans dishes well. I very much appreciate the location and ease of cleaning the filter. The racks and glides feel a bit flimsy and I don’t care for the silverware basket. Because of its position, it requires pulling that bottom rack out to put anything in the basket. The biggest disappointment is the upper rack. There’s a spray above it but none below so, if your middle rack has stuff in it, the middle spray arm doesn’t reach the third rack. Plus, the completely flat surface makes it difficult to put lids, etc, without them holding water.
So, I’d give this dw a B or B-

Multiple defects - pick another brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE PRODUCT WITH MULTIPLE DEFECTS. Door leaks consistently. And with normal use, metal plates on the tips of the sprayers corroded/deteriorated and fell off, and the lower propeller/sprayer melted on the heating element.
I’ve lived with several dishwashers over the years - no other has been this problematic.

Great flexibility and features.
Like that there is no more undercounter venting and that the unit did not require blanket for sound control, unit works very well and like the utensil load area to the side versus in the front. Also like the separate flat tray this unit has at the top. Have not used the water bottle jets yet but another nice feature. Install was easy replacement for previous unit, additional length drain hose included with unit. Be aware water supply hose hookup to unit and some plumbing items are not included and may be needed if installing yourself. Unit also does not include electrical cord (depending on how you will hook up).
