My new GE dishwasher gets a 5-star rating from me. Because I live in a loft, quiet operation is very important, and my dishwasher more than meets this standard. I also am impressed with the fingerprint proof stainless steel door, which makes my kitchen look well cared for at all times.

Good dishwasher with some nice features. The upper rack adjusts so you can fit taller items on the top. When I lower the top rack to fit bottles and taller items then my plates do not fit easily on the bottom. It is easy to adjust with each load and it is quiet.

We chose it for the slate gray color and clean look of the controls on top of the door. Still getting used to its operation (some quirks that we are still trying to figure out). Hopefully we can find an owners manual online and better understand what some of the signals mean.

It washes and drys nicely. Quite too. The only disappointment is the door. When opening you need to hold it all the way down if you don't it will slam inches from the floor. I'm afraid after a few month with kids in the house it will fall off.
