Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Already does not work for some reason
This ac unit was great all summer and didn't give any problems. Did the regular maintenance and cleaning of filter. Today we went to turn it on, was an oddly warm day for fall so just wanted to get the mugginess out of the house for the evening. Nothing, So unplugged it and plugged back in, nothing. Hit reset button and all the lights turned on including red filter light everything shut off and nothing. I hit all the buttons, nothing, I bought it at the beginning of spring so not sure why it went out already.

Good and inexpensive
Most inexpensive, digital black 5000BTU AC with a remote I could find for my 150 sq ft bedroom. My mobile home has old windows, but there was no issue with installation (other than strengthening the windowsill). It does put a little bit of pressure on the window, but my single-pain 35 year old window can hold it fine without additional supports. The AC has some nice features: the remote, a delay setting to have the AC turned on before you get home, multiple operating settings. It runs quietly and doesn't make any unusual sounds. However, the front plastic grill can sometimes make an annoying vibrating sound, but pulling the air filter screen out about a quarter inch eliminates that problem.

This little unit is banging!
The description states that this unit is for a small room but I can attest it will adequately cool a room of larger proportions. I live in Arizona and the room I installed this unit in is 15' x 20' and it does a super job. I love the eco feature, set the temp you want , the fan speed and it does the rest while keeping the electric use down. I am able to close off this room and as a result am able to keep my HVAC system set @ a higher setting so I don't run my electric bill through the roof, believe me in triple digit temps that we have had so far this early into summer, this little unit is a godsend. For a quality unit with established name recognition, and a very affordable price, I highly recommend.

So Dissapointed. Lasted ONE summer.
Bought this May 2022 and it worked fine all summer. Put it in storage (covered and secure) and installed it again June 2023 and it doesn't work. It gets cold for approx 10 minutes and then just blows air. The fan mode doesn't even seem to work. A friend that's an HVAC technician looked at it and said the compressor is shot. I'm highly disappointed. I bought this because I equated GE with a good brand, but I was wrong. I also liked the stylish black design. Never had a GE air conditioner before and won't be getting one again. I see several comments saying their A/C stopping blowing cold air. My suggestion to others interested in this - don't buy it. Try Arctic King brand. They may not look as nice but they last.

Great Little AC from
Quiet AC!!
I've only used it twice but the second time I used it was the other day, all day. About after 6 hours it just stopped. I don't know why. Maybe it was already programmed to stop after a certain amount of hours. I was way too busy to get the manual and check it out so I just turned it off and unplugged it, waited a minute or two, replugged it and it came back on. I have another GE AC which I've had for over ten years and it's 9900 BTUs and it's still working great so that's why I bought another GE. What I can say is that my new 5000 BTU AC is quiet enough, let's out a lot of cold air in my small bedroom and I didn't have to close the door and it was really cool just blowing on low/cool. I installed it all by myself which is amazing LOL Great buy!

Perfect AC Unit; Highly Recommended
Very compact, lightweight & newly (more modernly) designed. It works incredibly well, especially for a bedroom which is where I installed mine; it also is powerful (cooling) enough to cover more square footage than expected, even during the recent, and first-ever, heatwave being endured by me, and most others, nationwide. It's array of functionality is an added "bonus" also & I've not only recommended this AC Unit to my friends, but purchased the same Unit, in White, for him. (Another, more than satisfied, customer as well)
