The Fujifilm FinePix XP140 is a capable mid-priced rugged waterproof compact boasting a 25m depth rating that not many can beat (The 30m Nikon W300, since you ask). It’s equipped with a 5x 28-140mm zoom which, again, is longer than you’ll find on most waterproof compacts.
Bought this for my kid (5 years old) since the polaroid model he used stopped working. Also since it's rugged, can take some spillt and minor fall, this is a perfect one for my kid. He used it to capture some intriguing images and videos.
I bought this camera specifically for my trip to Kauai last week and it performed better than expected. It worked perfectly on a snorkel trip and during a downpour. The sunrise pics I took came out beautifully. I was very pleasantly surprised at the picture and video quality andfeatures.
I bought this camera for a vacation I have not yet taken. I have taken a few pix and videos, and so far it looks great. Don't want to worry about my phone on vacation...hopefully I will get some underwater pix-hope it holds up better than my last "tough" camera!!
Very handy underwater digital camera. I used on our our recent Hawaii trip for both still shots and short movies. It was perfect for my needs.
It is wonderful. Not sure what could beat it. It takes great pictures, light weight, and priced better than other underwater cameras.
This is an awesome camera for snorkeling and diving. Takes amazing pictures and it’s light and portable. Just be sure the waterproof door is closed tightly before going in the water - every time.
I bought this a few months ago and have since taken it snorkeling twice, canyoneering, and into the desert. It has been submerged under water more than a few times. It took a good beating on some rocks while underwater on the canyoneering trip and held up great.
I didn't realize that this item had no built-in audio & you had to buy a separate microphone.A $40.00 stock fee? You're kidding, right!
I particularly like this camera because I can download the pictures to my iPad via Bluetooth. It is a simple process to figure out. This package includes all the pieces needed. Rubber exterior prevents slippage. Pictures are clear and have accurate color.
