We have to say, we were quite impressed with the FujiFilm FinePix XP120 . There are many on the market that are sold as waterproof, but very few that we’d actually feel comfortable with intentionally submerging.
Fujifilm has released several iterations of its rugged XP series, and the XP120 is the latest. This 16.4MP 1/2.3in CMOS sensor compact is capable of submersion up to 20m, the deepest of the group, and has a 3in 920k-dot LCD.
The perfect cheap but rugged stunt double for your smartphone camera

The Fujifilm FinePix XP120 is a good choice for holidaying photographers who are looking for something small, light and convenient to throw in a bag for a family holiday.Being tough means that not only is it suitable for adventure type holidays, but it’s also useful for standard beach holidays as...
I have had this camera a little over two years. It has never been underwater, but it is my favorite carry-along for rough and tumble outdoor trips. It is very intuitive to use, and I really appreciate the automated settings. I think it is great for "street photography.
Great pics from this camera. The battery compartment door sometimes doesn't close good.
Bought this to take as a spare when traveling to Australia. I was very pleased with the resolution, color and ability to shoot under not so normal conditions. I had it down to 18 meters and it worked fine. I used it at night and some big scenery shots to compare with my big name 35mm with 5 lenses.
We took this along on our spearfishing honeymoon and found it to be a great value. We didn't want a super cheap camera and we didn't want to bother with a GoPro, so this fit the bill. We used it in depths of up to about 25 feet.
I love these cameras ..... great for home inspection.... I bought three over the years and they all still work and have taken many thousands of pictures.
All this is with the camera. This will replace one that does not perform to my satisfaction. Friend had this brand and loves it. Will use it on the river and two upcoming beach trips.
For the money there is none better. I went snorkeling with friends. One of them had a camera that was more expensive and had more controls. Let's face it, on a camera this small who needs more stuff to do while underwater. This one also had more megapixels. I'm very happy.
i did not receive what I ordered. I wanted lime they sent silver
Worked great for our under water Bahamas pictures!
