I've only used this a few times so it would be helpful if they asked for a review a year after I've used something but they usually don't. So far it works well for microwaving. It's very powerful and quick. Changing the clock time is not intuitive. I had to look it up.

I had a Samsung that I got only a few years ago and the control panel broke. It wasn't worth fixing it. I was disappointed and did not want to get another Samsung. I picked this one because the led light was blue which matched my Samsung oven.

We bought this a month ago, and we have LOVED using our microwave! Not just for basic reheating, but for COOKING! This appliance is so versatile and we are really taking advantage of all the features it has. It also is very aesthetically pleasing inside and out.

I love everything about the oven except the door closing seems a little loud and clunky, it's a little thing but for a professional oven I would think the closing of the door would be a little smoother, and the alarm is way to soft. Everything else is awesome about the oven.

I bought the microwave 3 weeks ago and I've used it to reheat food and used the sensor cook feature to cook oatmeal every morning (there is no specific setting for oatmeal unfortunately so I use the potato one and have to take it out when I think it's done).

I use it mainly for supplemental cooking and defrosting. During the holidays it's great to have a convection oven for side dishes when the regular oven is tied up with the turkey, etc.

I bought the professional series appliances for home remodel and the microwave has been replaced twice and now it fails to start at all. It appears the wiring from the unit to the door has frayed. Ice maker in the door of the refrigerator has quit working too.
