Learning Curve, But Lots of Promise!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This micro/oven combo is gorgeous!
However, in terms of functionality, we are still in the learning curve phase so can only comment on what we've done so far - there are still so many things to master - slow cook, steam bake, steam roast, air sous vide, bread proof - this oven has the potential to eliminate many smaller appliances in our small kitchen repertoire.
We've baked and used the air fry feature (we had to purchase the air fry tray separately) and find the oven temperature to be consistent and even. The microvwave works as expected as a microwave. We still have to learn the convection feature. The display is digital and also comes with a learning curve. Expect to become very famiiar with the manual and quick start guide.

So Far So Good....Too New to tell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this beauty installed and it is clean and crisp looking in my new kitchen. Overall, it was easy to set up and get running which I appreciate. There does seem to be a bit of a learning curve with the touch screen and I am worried that may go out in the future, but as long as the parts are not out of this world, like it so far! Haven't used the oven at all yet since we are still in construction phase, just the microwave and small oven feature there. That is a super nice add on, its like having a small double oven which is convenient for our family

New Addition to the Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am enjoying both the microwave and the oven; however I have only used the oven one time. Still learning all the ins and outs on the microwave. The only annoying thing on the microwave, and maybe the oven too, is the off signal....it's a long, loud beeeeeeep. I guess what's I just need to find the time to go online and read the manual. Unfortunately, companies these days are ECO friendly and manuals are all online. Makes it difficult for my husband who is disabled. (along with some folks to do not have access to the internet nor a computer.)

Designed to Fail
Two weeks after installation, we had the first opportunity to use both oven functions simultaneously. This resulted in the internal current-limiting fuse in the oven blowing. When the service technician was deployed, we learned that this is a known issue with this oven model. The fuse is not correctly sized to allow both oven functions to be used simultaneously. What a tremendous disappointment - years of appliance failure to look forward to. I would never have purchased this appliance if I had known of the design limitation, and would encourage any other purchaser to avoid this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and functionality of my wall oven/microwave combination. I love the fact that both the oven and microwave have preset modes that allow you to conveniently cook at appropriate temperatures. The only thing that is a bit weird on this product is the air fryer mode for the oven. Sometimes the food is not of air fryer quality but. This is not all to bash the item or take away it’s just something that I notice and to be fair this could be due to the fact that I am still getting use to it and it is still in the brand new phase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance has stopped working 4 times. I replaced the fuse a few times to correct the problem but that repair didn't last. So I replaced the control board and fuse. That repair lasted about a month. Now it seems it has blown another fuse. It was not in use when this last fuse blew. It was never in use when the fuses blew, kind of strange that a fuse would blow like that. I've only had it for just shy of 2 years so of course its out of the warranty period. I bought a lemon. It seemed to be a good appliance when it was working, but it doesn't seem to want to work for any length of time. I would not recommend this appliance. Buy another brand.

We have always had an electric oven and so far have no regrets on this model. Works great. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. We never had a convection oven so we are still getting use to it. Made cookies in the convection and regular oven at the same time. We thought the regular oven was more consistent as the convection had them doughy in the middle but brown outside. We have to learn more as we try things. Microwave is standard and works fine. We cannot think of any negatives of the appliances we purchased. Very easy to operate.

Good Basic Oven & Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven and the microwave both seem to work well, which is what we were looking for. The microwave has good power, and the oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. The touchpad interface, however, is very inefficient. You have to press the display to start and stop every function, and/or to acknowledge every message; nothing is automatic. The signal tone is very jarring - it sounds like a smoke detector going off - and the best we could do was to set the volume lower. Plus, when the timer is running, you can't see the clock (time of day). All in all, it's a decent appliance, but they could have done a much better job designing the user interface.
