Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Multiple compressor and fan failures in less than three years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compressor and fan went out after six months. Two years later, it's happening again. The sides of the fridge are VERY hot, as is the center of the fridge where the doors close into. I'm worried about it being a fire hazard. Absolutely terrible fridge. We also absolutely hate that you can't even open the drawers without the door being FULLY open as far it it can go, terrible design. Multiple plastic drawer holders have broken off. Unfortunately it came new with our house purchase, but it seemed nice at the time. At least the water filter is easy to replace.

I’ve never been more disappointed in an appliance purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for less than one year - the deli drawer is broken in two spots. The fridge door bottom shelf is broken. The water line that fills the ice maker is so incredibly loud it is the most distracting and awful sound - like nails on a chalk board. I cannot explain how awful it is and it’s constant. The doors no matter how much I adjust them make a creek sound when we open and shut them. The ice maker spits out crushed ice with cubes and our floor is constantly littered with chunks of ice. I’ve never disliked an appliance more than this. It is awful.

Where is the Frigidaire quality of the past ?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed yesterday and noticed 3 holes in the back of the cabinet that appears to be filled in with some sort of filler then they put blue tape over the holes...see 2 attached pics. I am not impressed with the Frigidaire quality control of their products. This appears to be a factory defect and should not have been sold at full price new. Also doors are not aligned straight, and when we tried the water dispenser for first time water did not come out the dispenser but did flood the floor underneath. Should have bought a Samsung.

Risky Purchase
I’ve only owned this fridge for 1 year and 3 months total before it broke, right after the warranty expired. The keypad started glitching and no longer works and it keeps turning on “freeze boost” which is making the freezer temp lower and lower. Also, we use ice daily and it continues to get large clumps of ice that clog the ice maker. Also, a freezer shelf cracked at some point too.
Save yourself the headache of owning this fridge/freezer or get an extended warranty if you really want to buy this model.

The Best Organization!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time I needed to purchase a counter depth refrigerator. I was concerned that the lack of depth wouldn't allow enough space, but I was wrong. Because of the way the space is used for drawers, shelves and the ice maker, there is plenty of space for everything I need. AND, everything I need is easily reachable! I can even store more in the door then in the larger side by side I had before. This was the best choice for our new home. I would definitely by it again and recommend it to everyone. THANKS!

Do not purchase.
Do not buy this! We dealt with a delayed arrival by a week with no communication from Frigidaire unless we called them. Three times!
It arrived today and has the loudest “hum” I’ve heard from a refrigerator. It can be heard from every room in the house and only quiets when the door is open. Obviously we can’t leave the doors open all day. This has been a very negative experience. Frustrating because we hoped for better from Frigidaire. I expect follow up from the company.

Not up to standards
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the fridge operates as it should. The biggest issue is that one of the levelers on the front doesn't work. It just spins but doesn't move so I have to shim with furniture pads to level. There is insulation foam coming out of one door and the logo is placed crooked. I wait to see how each guest gently reaches up to see if they can straighten it. Although these things do not impair the operation, they are frustrating for the money spent and I would not purchase again. To top it off, the quick start guide that came with this were not even the correct instructions. The levelers are completely different.

Below expectations!
We can't believe that this model refrigerator gives out hot water and then recommends usingice to cool it off! We live in the desert and this even makes the water hotter in summer months. And in the summer, we drink a lot of water. I really want to exchange this refrigerator and am going to Low's to day to ask for an exchange. However, now I see that it should have been done within 2 days and now it is 4 days.
