Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Refrigerator is great so far, but the look is terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space, the design of the fridge. Right front door misaligned by a 1/4 inch higher than the left, and the top tray will not fully insert and will potentially fall out with all the items it holds. The packaging they wrap the fridge in (similar to Saran Wrap) is poorly done and still looks awful weeks after delivery. The wrapping doesn’t fully come off and you will find bits of tiny shredded stringy plastic sticking out if every seam and seal on the outside of the fridge, and for those that are OCD or just want their fridge to look nice like all the rest of the appliances, will be dissapointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door style is new to me as I have always had a side by side. I like the added width for storing larger items. The freezer is easy access, but I have a little more trouble finding things that are “buried”. I knew that going in though. I like the ice drawer in addition to the door dispenser, however I’m not crazy about the water cube crushed buttons and having to select individually each time. I’m also used to the refrigerator doors closing themselves. Theses do not do that. Overall pleased with my choice. A few things will just take some getting used to.

Not made well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is much noisier than my old 2006 model GE, which I found strange because I thought newer technology to be quieter and more efficient. Also, the top and sides of the unit are about an inch shorter than the base, so the sides look out of plumb with the surrounding cabinets. The whole unit is slanted on the top, even with the base adjusted to be level. The doors were quite tricky to get adjusted to level without the inside tray on the left door hitting the ice maker for the dispenser. Just seems to be a poorly made unit (sticker inside the fridge states Made in Mexico).

Poor manufacturing
I haven't even been able to get the fridge running yet because of a manufacturing default. The left back back roller was installed to low so that corner is raised up and there is no way to change that roller. Therefore, the fridge tilts to the right side. Putting an extra piece of flooring on the back right side levels the fridge side to side but even with the front rollers raising the fridge as far as they can go doesn't level the fridge with the recommended front to back tilt. After waiting for three weeks to get a fridge I am a little more than frustrated. I was excited to own my first Frigidaire but sadly it will be the last.

PRETTY DISSAPOINTING
Purchased new, drawer at bottom of fridge way too cold. Found air vent partially obscured by insulation for area. No food in front of vent. After removing drawer to inspect for any other issues that may contribute to problem found a screw that was in rear door area with no sign of where it went held it back and re inserted drawer. Tried at least 20 times to call support (their answering unit said overwhelming call volume call back), went to website to chat and that service didn't even work. No wonder overwhelming call volume!!!!! Pretty bad start to what could have been handled by tech support.

No worth it if breaking down less than a year and no reimbursement
We have had this fridge for less than a year and it has broken out of nowhere. We lost majority of our groceries and the surrounding hardwood floor is damaged from water. This is unacceptable, as many agree that fridges used to last much longer. You wonder why that is. On top of this all, we have to wait several days for someone to come service it. If it were not for this, it would be a good fridge. But not worth it if it will break down suddenly and I’m not sure if we will be reimbursed for the damage and loss of money spent on food, both in the fridge and freezer. We have been having to dine out for most meals due to this.

Obsessed with this fridge!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Frigidaire Fridge! It has so much space inside the fridge portion and the top shelves that can be pushed back for something with a higher height is such a nice feature that comes in handy more than you think you would've needed! The freezer portion is very spacious and we enjoy having an ice tray there as well. The company has been around for a while, so we felt confident in knowing we were purchasing quality craftsmanship from an experienced company.
We have zero compliants and highly recommend this fridge due to the size, great quality, aesthetically pleasing and especially tbe price point!

Don't Buy
If you do buy this refrigerator I hope you have a full size back up. My 5 month old refrigerator had a refrigerant leak and needs a sealed system job. It will be a a month for it to be repaired under warranty.
