Broken Refrigerator, No Parts, No Support, No positive comments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased May 1 and already have had nothing but trouble. And that trouble cannot be addressed because everyone who looks at it says "we don't have any information on it, it's too new." From faulty lights inside (which I cannot get) to an ice machine that will not produce ice and now the refrigerator is freezing our food. I purchased a new refrigerator to get away from problems of our old unit and now I have had more problems than I did with the old one. How does a company come out with a product that they can't support?! FIX MY Refrigerator and if you can't REPLACE IT!

POOR ASSEMBLY, PLASTIC WRAP EMBEDDED UNDER ENTIRE REFRIGERATOR GASKETS!!NDER THE GASKETS!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible quality control! The entire refrigerator was plastic wrapped BEFORE the gaskets were applied. Now our entire refrigerator has plastic wrap coming our from under the GASKETS and looks horrible.
Even the delivery men said it was done wrong at the factory to wrap the refrigerator in plastic and afterwards put the GASKETS on, trapping that plastic under the GASKETS on the entire refrigerator.
My husband and I have arthritis and there is no way for us to manually remove all the embedded plastic.
Poor execution Frigidaire!!!

Freezer door and shelf glide shut effortlessly. Refrigerator doors self-close a bit too aggressively. Need to hang on when you close them to keep them from slamming shut. One of
The frig doors got really squeaky. A bit of silicon grease fixed that. The only real annoyance is the water dispenser which drips a lot after the valve closes. We have to keep a cup under it to avoid puddles. There really needs to be a vacuum breaker in the line to prevent this.

Couple of quirks make this my least favorite refrigerator
I wanted a simple but hard working refrigerator. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and is located on the door and takes up so much space that it’s not worth the feature. Plus, the water dispenser leaks so much water that we have to keep a cup under the dispenser. We’ve already had food freeze and we follow all the guidelines for how to allow for proper air flow to reduce chance of food freezing. Lastly, the panel to adjust the temperature is on the door, exactly where your hand naturally touches so every time I go into the refrigerator I end up accidentally changing the temperature of the refrigerator or freezer. I’d return this appliance if I could.

Very happy!
The upper fridge is very spacious and well lit. The veggie bins are actually bigger than my last and I don't really miss the ice maker/water dispenser on the outside of the door. Wish the water dispenser inside didn't angle out so much but would dispense straight down. We actually do miss that the water dispenser doesn't measure out-- that was a great convenience. It took a long time for the ice to dispense in the freezer but I do like the smaller cubes. Also wish the walls of the freezer came up higher as I can't stack as much food in the freezer. Also, really have to push doors to keep them closed. Overall very satisfied.

Nice layout and build quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our new Frigidaire 28.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator a lot. It's build quality seems to be very good, and the shelves are nice and sturdy. Very roomy door storage, and a nice layout to the shelves and crisper drawers too. Can see into them all, and lighting is nice. We like the ice maker in the freezer feature and the water dispenser inside the door is really nice because you don't have to hold any buttons - just press your glass and the water comes out automatically. It's very nice.

We initially had to Make the temperature warmer in the fridge because it is very cold. Otherwise no issues. There are times that we accidentally hit the settings because it's located on the inside of the door but we love the ice maker and we love that the water is on the inside of the fridge. It does take a couple days for the ice maker to get going but we haven't had any issues after that. This fridge has so much room it is awesome. Everyone that comes over comments on how nice our fridges especially when they open it up.

It's Perfect!

I researched and decided on the features that I wanted. I did not want the messy dispenser outside. I found the one I wanted and we were ready to write it up when I mused that my sister would no longer have filtered water for her bottle when she visited...but wait...the salesman directed me over to this one which has the water available on the inside of the door. It's great. The price was great. Amazing. It's so user-friendly. We love it and are 100% pleased.
