Amazing dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this dishwasher! It actually gets my dishes clean the first time! I have been through several dishwashers that were not nearly as good and I would have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. This one eliminates that extra step and does exactly what it’s suppose to do! I love the extra space/shelf at the top for my utensils! In the past I would have to lay them between racks (because they are so tall) and risk them dropping and melting below. This dishwasher is also very quiet compared to others that I have had! It’s great!!! And it looks amazing! So sleek and modern!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this dishwasher. The third rack for the silverware can hold so much more than expected. The adjustable rack allows me to wash much larger items than before. The tines that fold down make it so much easier to fit pots and pans. Most of all, I have run loads that were heavily soiled without any pre rinsing and everything came out sparkling clean! My glasses look crystal clear again. I also love the looks of the smudge proof black stainless and even after a nine month old spent several minutes smearing her hands all over it, there are no smudges. Incredible!

Don't Buy It!
I had to purchase a new refrigerator and frigidaire had a rebate for 2 or more appliances. I decided to replace a 17 year old Bosch dishwasher that was starting to have issues. I hate this new dishwasher! If you plan on using that top rack that the sales guy bragged up for extra utensils don't put any large bowls or load that rack full because nothing on the top rack will get clean. The prongs on the bottom rack are short so my big heavy plates fall over. Utensils in the Utensils basket better not have anything on them because they won't get clean if they do. Never should have bought it!! Should have bought another Bosch.

Exceeds expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected quality, but didn't expect the dishwasher would be as quiet as it is! The first time I ran it I forgot it was on and thought I was listening to a light rain shower outside. The unit is sleek and attractive. I also love how well my dishes are cleaned, even removing some stains left on ceramics/glass that my old dishwasher left behind. Even the 3rd tray for utensils gets a thorough washing, and helps to save time sorting when I unload. I could go on on...the bottle holders, flip down rows of tines to make room for larger items, waste filter, eco settings.... there's just so much.

Racks are disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher was very easy to install. Love that it is quiet. Gets dishes pretty clean. Dislike the racks. Cereal bowls are too big for the top rack and the bottom rack rungs are too far apart so bowls tip threw. Wine rack on top would be awesome to use but normal sized wine glasses don't fit. Silverware holder doesn't fit and handle hits the door. I took the silverware holder out of my old dishwasher and use it. Really wanted to love this dishwasher but I just like it.

After weeks and weeks of searching and reading many reviews, I can say I am very happy with my purchase. My dishes are coming out very clean. I did go ahead and purchase a rinse agent which helps a lot with the drying process because we like to use the quick wash which does not have a very long heated dry cycle. I was reluctant to use a rinse agent because I like to use a natural dishwashing detergent. I did find 7th Generation rinse agent which I like very much. Overall, I am very pleased with my new dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone.

I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU SHOP FOR A DIFFERENT BRAND
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Along with the other complaints you will read hear, i.e. does not dry well and the plate racks is flimsy, the product is unreliable. I've hade the dishwasher 6 months, and received an email yesterday that I better extend the warranty because "repairs can be costly". The day after the email, the dishwasher has stopped working with an error code of 12 blinking lights. The control panel seems to be out.
Frigidaire should be ashamed with this product.
