My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

My Experience with My $5k Microwave and Wall Oven Combo!
How sad is it when you purchase such an expensive product you are so excited about only to have it less than 6months and it breaks! Then you call the Warranty Dept. Only to be told by the repair man he cannot pull it out and will not repair it. You call the appliance center you purchased it from. They will not help. Frigidaire will not help me. So I cannot endorse this product, and especially their warranty dept. And not their service dept. Shame on you Frigidaire. I take NO pleasure in this. I want a working oven. No one will help me! It is awful. And it is Thanksgiving, I cannot cook our dinner now. My father in hospice. His last Thanksgiving and I cannot cook dinner for my family!

Oven works well. Microwave works well. It was easy to install.
I like all the cooking presets and features. I used to just smash the +30 second button on microwaves. Once I looked into the settings and different cook options, I very rarely do that anymore. It may take a minute or two longer, but it really makes a difference in reheating leftovers when you use the proper power settings and times.
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the lack of real buttons. I don't like the touchscreens everywhere. They just make it more difficult to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so in love with our new Frigidaire wall oven and microwave combination. It looks high-end and aesthetically pleasing. No more microwave on the kitchen counter. My kitchen looks more streamlined. The microwave is also a convection oven! The oven can also be a convection oven and air fryer. I can use the microwave and oven at the same time. The controls are easy to navigate. Very easy learning curve to become an expert at using both the microwave and oven. We have replaced every appliance in our kitchen except the refrigerator (it's still functional) with Frigidaire appliances.

Not Possible
I have been waiting on this oven for more than 7 months and have now been told April. I have finished a kitchen remodel and had a special cabinet built for this unit per the specs and now my dealer, Jetson Appliance, tells me that Frigidaire cannot give him a better idea for shipment. Absolutely unacceptable!! No choice but to go to another brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the Oven Micro combo for about 6 months. Only two complaints. 1. If you stop the microwave before the cooking time has elapsed the display stays on the remaining time forever and never switch back to the clock setting unless you hit cancel. 2. The whole appliance went dead for a couple of days. Reset the circuit breaker, still dead. Removed the oven to check the power (OK) and the main fuse (tested OK). still didn't come on. 1 hour later the oven came back to life. Hopefully this issue does not happen again.Locating the fuse in an access panel that does not require uninstalling the oven would be great.

Unlimited Cooking Options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had another brand for many years that was repaired numerous times because it took a long time to warm to temperature and didn’t maintain an accurate setting. This wall oven has been great since the first day. It warms quickly and cooks to perfection. It has so many usable options, we keep the manual handy as we try new methods. The microwave is a dual convection and will heat to 400 degrees in a few minutes saving energy and cook time. We bought the optional air fryer rack. This unit alleviates the need for small appliance air fryers that clutter the counter. It has a beautiful clean modern design that compliments the kitchen. Great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My appliance is working great. I have used the conventional bake feature and the regular microwave cooking feature. Both methods have worked as they should!! My favorite feature though is the ability to silence the sounds the appliance makes. My dog was very afraid of the sounds and hid in the bathtub initially. He is better now that I have silenced the beeps!!!! (We got him from a shelter and think he may have been abused as a pup). I am excited to try the air fry feature and the convection, I have never cooked with those. I am expecting to be satisfied

Good Oven So Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the oven once but is worked well and the various options should make the oven work well in the future. I am especially interested in teh steam self cleaning as I know someone that says it does a good job. The microwave has been used a lot and it works well. The touch panel is easy to follow. My only complaint is the beeping that continues after it is finished. I'd like less annoying frequency of beeps. The only option is to turn the volume down. But I like the look of my new oven combo and I am very satisfied with my choice.
