We purchased this unit to replace one we had for almost 20 years. We hadn't even had it a month and already had to call for service. It's so loud and makes the worst noises. It buzzes, rattles, shakes, it's horrible. A technician came out to look and says this is normal. Seriously?! This is normal? Call me crazy, but you can judge for yourself, oh wait you can't because the website won't allow me to upload a video. If their appliances don't work, why would I expect their website to. The spin cycle alone is a disaster and takes at least 30 minutes to complete. A load of laundry now start to finish is more than an hour, it's a joke. I wish we never bought this.

I really wish I kept and repaired my old kenmore center because it was so much quieter than this Frigidaire ‘Quiet Pack’ model, and had a lot more settings to choose from with Kenmore’s electromechanical dials. The dryer has become noticeably louder over the 2.5 months we have had it. The washer is loud and distracting because it has no consistency in the motion cycle. It has no sensors to gauge dryness. Normal Wash and dry cycles take hours to complete. You cannot start these inside of a cycle at all like much older-tech units could. Why would they get rid of the retractable clothes hanger!?
Regrettable purchase indeed

Worst large purchase we have made in 26 years of marriage.
We have decided hands-down this is our worst purchase ever. Purchased and delivered in December 2023. Frigidaire repaired twice under the one year warranty. Thank goodness I got the extra warranty from the store it was purchased from, it has been repaired by them under that warranty twice. Each repair has been at least two weeks, with one of them being close to a month. I am pretty sure this was built during the Covid years, so I suspect manufacturing at that time was subpar. No matter what, I will never buy another Frigidaire laundry item again. On the upside, my Frigidaire kitchen appliances have been wonderful.

Only had it one month but so far so good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small area for a washer in our master bathroom and this stack-able fits. Love the top loader of the washer. Our last stackable , a Whirlpool, had a front loading washer. The rubber gasket had to be replaced 3 times because of rips in it and especially for the black mold on it. It was costly to keep replacing the gasket but it leaked onto the floor. I started mending the holes with gorilla tape but the mold remained. We're very pleased with the capacity of the washer and the volume of the dryer is larger than the washer.

From day 1 cancel buttons don’t do anything and the dryer has this god awful loud buzzing noise that buzzes every few minutes driving me crazy .
The buzzing last 40 seconds then stops then every few minutes continues, I took a video but doesn’t allow me to upload
My combo washer and dryer says quiet pack lol loudest machines I’ve ever owned

Dryer had problems after 14 months, expensive to repair
We bought this unit in October 2021. Similar to the review by Bevryan1 below, the gas dryer stopped heating. We called a repairman and he said the gas valve had to replaced. He quoted us a price that was not nominal and and we are deciding if we should pay to have it fixed or replace the whole unit as we don't want to deal with more issues. It seems way too soon for a machine this new to need repairs after 14 months of use. We are frustrated and disappointed by the amount of money spent to purchase the machine only to have to fix it shortly after the manufacturer's warranty expired. We bought the Frigidaire stackable unit based on our last Frigidaire stackable unit that lasted around 16 years with little issue.

Replacement Machine of 27 years of service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My townhouse had a washer and dryer in a small downstairs bathroom. Modifying that room to facilitate cabinets and a sacker machine provided more usable storage. Yes I did repair and replace parts. That is expected. Parts are still available. However, as a machine wears out; the time between repairs became shorter. This machine is the same size. This is a win win. The new machine washes and drys just like the old one. See you in 25 years!
