Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Set Up Problem
We just had this fridge delivered yesterday. Delivery people sent just left the fridge in place but did not remove styrofoam. We contacted the appliance sales person and she had to contact Frigidaire to find out you are not supposed to remove the styrofoam from the part in the photo. No one told us despite calling the salesperson and emailing her., until much later. We have been told the styrofoam is needed for the proper performance of the fridge. Now we are waiting to see if Frigidaire will replace the part. We could find nothing in the Frigidaire literature about leaving the styrofoam in this part vs removing it with all the other styrofoam packing material!!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator originally on May 8th, 2020. Delivery was set for May 23rd. When fridge was delivered, it was not working, had damage to the inside, and looked as if the power cord had been cut. I refused that delivery. Next scheduled deliver was over a month later on June 27th. I received the fridge, it was working okay, never quite to the temp it should. Around August 12th or so the whole compressor and other parts stopped working. I have no been without a fridge for about a month now, still waiting on parts as of Sept 10th. This was our first major appliance purchase, and it has been awful.

Hasn't worked since purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On delivery (6/24/20), the refrigerator looked to be just what we wanted & fit perfectly in our smaller space. However, we had to contact Frigidaire within the first few days when we noticed it wasn't keeping items cold. First repairman sent out 5 days later and suggested replacement; Frigidaire set up another appointment with a second repairman for a week later. He suggested we contact store for replacement, which they could not do, so he has ordered parts (to be delivered 7/29) to hopefully fix. Meanwhile, we're attempting to keep our items in a cooler and having to purchase ice. Not happy :(

Problem with new refrigerator
When I received the produce, I immediately had to have it serviced because the metal strip Upon plugging in the new refrigerator, the metal plate on the section of the refrigerator separating the freezer from the main refrigerator section, was seriously overheating. As it turned out, whoever assembled this appliance, wedged in the fan at the bottom rear of the refrigerator, in such a way that it was not able to rotate. There was a plastic piece that was preventing it from turning. Fortunately the repair person was able to get it working. This shoddy construction does not instill confidence that this appliance will have a long work life!.

Manufacturing defect?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge with the exception of one big annoyance... There’s a load popping click every time you open and close the door. During the delivery and setup, I told the installer I wanted the door to open from the opposite side. He promptly replied, “l can switch it for you, but there’s going to be a popping sound when you close the door. It’s a manufacturing defect.” I didn’t believe him, but sure enough there is now a loud popping click when the door is closed. I have tried reaching Frigidaire by phone, but a message simply tells you to try again later due to the large volume of calls. Not a happy customer!

Garbage do not buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I cold give a zero for the product, customer service and the brand I would give them a zero. This product is the worst design, the shelves were made of thin plastic that literally break, the meat drawer will not stay in there. There is no brackets to hold it in there and it barely over a year old gaskets are coming off the door. We have had four repair people here for this. Then they say the gaskets to the door are cosmetic last I checked they are to keep your door shut and the fridge cold! You should be ashamed of yourself he’s 86 years old and now he has to get another fridge because you don’t stand behind your product. Very sad

Still not working
I bought this on Dec. 30th, and realized a few days later that the fridge wasn't cooling. I filed a ticket, had a visit, learned the seal and freezer door were not correct, and the repairman advised me to defrost and restart. I did, and it worked for about a week. So I cancelled my second repair appointment. In the last day or too, I realized it was warm in the fridge again and my food was spoiled. Now I have to start all over again. Brand new fridge, never worked right.

The 1st one delivered didn't work...the light bulb didn't work, and the unit never got up to proper cooling or freezing temps. The replacement took over a week, but seemed to work fine, Three days after delivery the renter called to say the door wouldn't shut. The seal came loose on the bottom of the unit, and wouldn't stay seated when the door was used. I think the renter glued it in place. So much for the trusted Frigidaire name!
