Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Excellent Cooling!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in late Spring and have used it all summer long in my bedroom. We have had the hottest July on record in the Northeastern US and this A/C has performed wonderfully!! I like to sleep with it freezing cold, under a pile of blankets, and my Frigidaire has no problem keeping me happy!! I have had it cranked up to the max every single night, just like I like it!! It does exactly what it's supposed to do, at a very affordable price! I also have a larger Frigidaire A/C in my living room that has been keeping me cool for 6 or 7 years. Great products, great value, great company!

Exactly what we needed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though we have central AC, our bedroom is perfectly positioned to be the hottest room in the house every summer. We had been looking at window units and were going to get something much larger than this one, but after reading reviews and figuring out our actual needs, we decided to pick up this small one. It's been a real game-changer for us! It completely cools the room down in just a few minutes and makes it so much easier to sleep on these hot summer nights. Plus, it was super-easy to install and makes less noise than the fan we were using before we bought it. A definite thumbs-up from us.

DIED AFTER 6 MONTHS OF USE
I bought this air conditioner in June 2019. It ran partly in June, July, and August of 2019. I reinstalled it this year and it ran in June and part of July until it started making awful noises and quit cooling the air entirely. Emails to Frigidaire have gone unanswered. I would not buy this unit, it does not last.

Dependable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire has always been my ‘go to’ appliance brand , and at the time of this writing, I’m 78 years of age. Growing up we always had a Frigidaire in the kitchen. Only two, which lasted throughout parents marriage. The fridge then was tiny with a center hung freezer which could hold two ice trays and maybe a bag frozen peas and a pint of ice cream. But back then, our tv set had rabbit ears and a screen size of around 4 inches. There could be a photo of that small fridge in the dictionary right next to the word dependable.

Works Good
I bought this air conditioner about a month ago and am mostly satisfied with it. The summers in SC are very hot and air conditioners are a must! I bought this model because we purchased the same type a few years ago. There are a few differences between the old unit and the new one, and I have to admit, I like some of the features that our original a/c has. For example: the controls, the original has a medium speed which comes in handy, and it has a larger screen-type filter that is easier to access and clean.
I really have no complaints about the new a/c unit. It works fine, and hopefully, it will last as long as our first unit has.

Works very well
I purchased the unit for a 10x12 room and it works great! The other day I noticed a large amount of condensation on the outside of the unit. The last a/c unit (different brand) had a drain hole that allowed water to drain from the a/c. This one does not have a drain hole. I read the operators manual and it states "...after proper installation, condensate should not drain from the overflow drain hole during normal use, correct slope otherwise." I checked and the slope is correct. But, there is not a drain hole on the a/c unit. If there was a drain hole, I assume water would drain from it. Is there supposed to be a drain hole?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old AC decided to just stop working right when the San Diego heat wave hit. Our apartment doesn't have central air, so the only room we had the AC was in the bedroom. I couldn't take the heat anymore, so I ordered this one and it came the next day. It doesn't fit the window perfectly, but it's close enough that I was able to seal any gaps. This is a very old building, so things have a tendency to not work correctly. Overall, very happy with the AC. Won't be using it much as we're heading into Fall and Winter, but I really like knowing it's there when we do need it. Thank you.

Filter problem solved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wrote recently that I couldn't get the filter back into our a/c as it seemed something was obstructing it. Well, after working with it for some time, I accidently pushed it backwards when it got stuck about a third of the way in, causing the filter to bend into a slight curve (the filter is lightweight and flexible)...then it went right in! Apparently, it has to be in a sort of backward curve to get it to insert smoothly. They should put this bit of info in the owner's manual as it would have saved me a lot of frustration!!!!! It does a good job of cooling, though, and runs well w/o any rattling.....
