DEAD after 15 months. RIGHT OUTSIDE WARRANTY
The fridge this Refrigerator replaced was 25 years old and originally a cheap floor model. I was so happy, originally to have a nice new fridge and get some security here in the pandemic. Imagine my horror when the fan and compressor on this one died right outside the warranty! Taking my precious food and even my Birthday Cake and Ice Cream with it and Ruining my birthday. I have a upright Frigidaire freezer I bought as a companion and am now worried sick it will die soon as it's 1 year warranty is about to expire leaving my food supply in danger. I really did NOT need this with everything else going on AVOID. I wish I had.

Cats are scared of new fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new refrigerator is much louder than our old one, and the cats are still scared of it even after weeks to get accustomed to it.
The interior space seems reasonably arranged, though the fruit/vegetable drawers seem a little on the small side (smaller than our old fridge, though overall interior space seems a bit larger). The door shelves are big enough for gallon milk containers.
Default temperature setting seems to be ok.
Freezer door needs an extra push to close all the way—otherwise it stops open a few inches, which seems like a really stupid design for a freezer door.

Failed After 17 months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So dissapointed with this model. We are elderly on a fixed budget. After 17 months it began making a humming and clicking noise. Repairman replaced starter. Still didn't cool. Replaced run capicitor but making same noise and stopped cooling. Repair shop said compressor quit and not worth fixing. I am not accepting this story. This was a great fridge to meet our needs. Being out of warranty had to call 9 repair shops before anybody would come. We have now been a month with it and cannot afford another one. There are no authorized repairmen in our area so I assume nobody knows what they are doing!

This fridge lasted about 2 years before compressor died. I heard a buzzing and then a click from the rear and initially thought (and hoped) it was the capacitor, which tested good. Then measured the Amp draw and it was 9.4A (LRA for this compressor is 11.3) until the overload clicked it off. I can hear the compressor struggling to run. This is the most expensive way for it to fail. Also, the compressor compartment is not designed in a way that lends for easy servicing. The capacitor is hard to reach, and copper tubing runs alongside the rear cover making it vulnerable to rubbing against it.

Not working from Day 1
I bought this in July 2020 and followed the instructions as per the guide. Fridge and freezer is not cooling. Technicina came to check and has advised will order parts for repair. According to Frigidaire, it will take about 2 weeks to have the technician come on site for repair. They do not have a solution for situation like this. How can someone survive without a fridge for even a day? All my food got destroyed and I had to garbage everything but frigidaire doesn't care about that. All I hear from them is we take care of repair. This is a part of "REPAIR SITUATION" and YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF IT. Extremely disappointmented with the service.

Nice fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this refrigerator about a month ago. I like it. Roomy. The only things that both me are the drawers for produce storage don't seem to go in smoothly and loose, not on a track, there's no ice compartment or hook up inside but has a copper pipe in back of fridge. Strange. I'm glad a saved my ice trays from last fridge.
But I received my fridge on the energy savings program through PG&E, so can't really complain on a free fridge. I don't need a smart fridge or ice maker (although maybe in future for one with h20) Those are the only hiccups right now.

This refrigerator works good. The last one I bought from a dealer that I would not have bought it because his refrigerators are questionable.

Their refrigerator products are questionable. If I knew it came from this company, I would not have purchased it from them. I would have waited and bought it from my current dealer. Also, the one I bought from that company in Chester, Pa, how problems from the start. I bought the extended warranty because I thought it would fail, which it did. I could not use the warranty because it would me too long before I would receive service. The one I just bought works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Negatives: Dislike ground clearance, because door scrapes my bare foot, when I open it. Dislike smooth finish, and prefer the orange peel texture that hides fingerprints, I had before. Came with persistent adhesive labels I am still trying to remove without using heavy cleansers or damaging chemicals. Dislike temperature adjustment setting options so far. To keep beverages cold enough for fridge, freezer is too cold to scoop ice-cream, or release ice cube trays, easily. Old model had separate controls Dislike shelf/bin arrangement options. Love it is nice and quiet, and doesn't seem to accumulate puddles at the bottom during auto defrost cycles.
