LOVE this cooktop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an older stovetop and are very pleased. It's both beautiful and functional and we like the placement of the burners and knobs. The elements heat up super quickly which, honestly, took a little getting used to (apparently our older stove had slowed down). I'd recommend starting with lower heat and going up from there if replacing an older stove - there's a small learning curve. We love the quick boil feature as it's super convenient! The unit was shipped and arrived in perfect condition. It also came with a small bottle of cleaner which was an added bonus!

My Review for 30" Electric Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DIY installation to replace fancy schmancy digital finger touch cooktop.
#1: Wife struggles with cooking.
#2: Digital touch screen controls are confusing when small temp changes are wanted.
#3: Kitchen gets real loud when stuff boils over, or won't boil at all.
#4: Replacement installation was easy, even for me.
#5: Knobs on RHS do not interfere with cooking pots and pans at all.
#6: Quick boil feature is nice. So is dual size control on RF burner.
#7: Surface cools off quickly.
#8: Meets and exceeds spousal approval (even dog approval!)
#9: Our kitchen is much quieter now. Thanks, (The husband).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple installation and cooks well. The only thing I would like to see different about this is to put trim around the edges of the glass. There is one option with trim but it’s only on the front edge. The Elements heat up very fast and it seems to cook well. I use the Cerama Bright cleaner that came with the cooktop and I clean the top with a clean wet soft sponge and then buff it out with the Cerama Bright after the hot surface light goes out and after a couple of weeks of cooking the Glass top still looks perfect. Seems to be high-quality and a well functioning cooktop.

A basic replacement for my former basic cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stock availability was limited, so I settled for the closest match to my former, now smashed, cooktop. It's a fine cooktop but not a perfect match for me. I'm happy to see the plastic control knobs are smaller and slightly further from the elements; maybe they won't melt as easily. I'm not crazy about having a larger element in the rear; for me it's up against a wall, limiting the size cookware I can use. I'm disappointed that the quick boil element is larger than my pasta pot, and therefore will get minimal use. I had no idea, and the quick boil feature is what sold me!

Quick boil element is ONLY for boiling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quick boil element is only for boiling on large setting! 1 is ok for very slow cooking, anything over that will burn your food, the other increments for this burner are useless on large element. I've read through all manuals I could find, searched the internet, and stayed on hold for an hour until I had enough to try to see if there is something to be done about this. This cooktop is good if you only want a large element in the back, and 3 other small elements. I have a large family and small burners don't cook dinner. This is not what I was looking for at all, I will be seeking a refund.

Incentive inspired review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's a nice looking cooktop and in the very short time I have used it 4 times. So it's really not enough time to get a real feel for the cooktop or if it has issues. Why not wait until after the warranty is over to ask for a review? Probably because the company knows that the sales would be much lower. Because consumers would have time to experience any known or unknown failures. If I win the 3k sweepstakes being offered for this review. I will definitely update but it won't change the outcome of my honesty experience of the performance of the cooktop.

Sleek & Efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my total kitchen remodel, I wanted a sleek unobtrusive look so I purchased this cooktop and a wall-mounted oven to go under, both Frigidaire.The result is great—very French or European style. I chose knobs vs digital touch and am pleased with the ease of control, quick heating and the way the cooktop fits flush with my quartz counters. The ceramic / glass top cleans easily, but then I’m super careful about spills and wipe any splatters or drips right away, first with a paper towel, then damp sponge and finish when it’s cool with the recommended polish.

New Kitchen... New Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife inherited her parents' house, and we undertook a COMPLETE kitchen "remodel" from the floor joists to the ceiling, replacing all the natural gas appliances with electric. We have enjoyed a Frigidaire cooktop in our home since 2002, and decided to continue the tradition in the remodel. We have appreciated the dependability of Frigidaire, and have been pleased with the multi-function elements of the cooktop. Besides the utilitarian aspects of the product, it is stylish and easy to maintain. Installation was not difficult, and we are hopeful the cooktop will perform well for many years to come.
