Design/quality issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just gave this dishwasher a one star rating, a few minutes ago, due to the fact that the metal runner on the upper rack on left side keeps failing, popping out of the rear rollers, causing the whole rack to collapse on that side. The thing I forgot to mention is that when the lower rack is pulled out and fully loaded with dishes, the rack won't slide back in unless I manually lift the back of the bottom rack and push until it is on the plastic runner on each side. Also, I don't know if it is just me, but I have it set on heavy wash, and the cycle seems to be incredibly long, it takes hours until the "clean" light is lit.

Noisy & Poor Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with my new construction home so I didn't have a choice. If you do have a choice, buy something else. It is cheaply built - all plastic on the inside, not stainless - and SO noisy that you can't even have a conversation when it's running. You can hear it all over the house. It also seems to toss around the dishes - at the end of the cycle, they're in a different place from where they started. I've only been using it for two weeks but I'm already fed up with it and am planning to just spend the money to replace it. I can't believe my builder would even use something so cheap.

Cleans well, doesn't dry at all.
I recently bought a house that came with this dish washer. Not knowing the price the original buyer paid, I feel that this is an economy unit at best. It does a decent job washing and cleaning, but the dishes come out still dripping wet. With the lack of an extra dry cycle option this means we're either hand drying or leaving the dish washer ajar for a few hours to let them air dry.
The only other issue I've noticed is the wheels on the bottom rack seem to get stuck between the door and unit gap a lot. I feel like a simple design change could have fixed this issue easily and probably not cost the company much more to do properly.

Terrible.
We have had this dishwasher for a little over a year and everything seemed to be going well until recently. Just this past week, after running the cycle as normal, my wife found the cascade dishwasher pod laying on the bottom of the machine. I assumed it was a fluke, as she had a large flower vase in front of the door, so I removed it and ran the cycle again. No such luck. Another new pod laying at the bottom of the machine. They aren't dissolved at all and the dishes are still as dirty as when we added them. Just this past week, certain dishwasher safe items are now MELTING when we have washed them dozens of times before. I don't know how Frigidaire can sell this product with confidence.

Simple but great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought a high end whirlpool, but after only 6 months it broke! I had a warranty so I called for repair. After, 6 visits and 2 repair workers it was still broken. The warranty company finally decided to give me my money back. I did a lot of research, I never wanted to be in that situation again. After much searching, I found this easy to use dishwasher. It works great. Even better than that high end dishwasher. Not only does it clean better it dries great also. The orher dishwasher left the dishes wet, but this one dries them completely. I am very happy with this purchase!

Cheaply made model with minimum options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came installed in my new mobile home and it hasnt worked since Ive had it due to no water being able to wash the dishes. A repairman is scheduled to be here next week to fix it. The buttons will not select options when touched. There isn't any way to turn the dry heat off and let dry naturally. This model must be their budget model. Even though I cannot wash, I can tell you I do not like this cheaply maid model at all. I wish I paid attention to it before signing on the dotted line. Maybe I could've requested a better model.

Have not been able to use it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a brand new Condo and this dishwasher was included in said purchase. It’s brand new so I expected no issues with it. I tried turning it on to put some dishes to wash and it doesn’t pump in water. It just turns on and smells like it’s burning. The water valve attached to the appliance is open and we checked multiple times that the tube was attached properly so we don’t know why it’s not working. I need to get this appliance replaced or fixed because we have not been able to use it and it’s supposed to be brand new.

Started out fine, and then ...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After some installation frustration (feeder hose would not seat under the dishwasher), once resolved all seemed to be going well.
Although, there remained one oddity - the door has no latch mechanism.
I've owned several dishwashers and all had either a pull or slide lever to lock the door closed. This model has no such latching mechanism, though the instructions make several references to "latch the door."
Didn't seem to be an issue until recently where now the door is opening, most bizarrely, WHILE RUNNING.
Rather peculiar for a not even 6 mo old dishwasher.
Am expecting some sort of resolution.
