Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Buyer beware! You'll need an extended warranty! Model died one week after the warranty expired.
We had a Frigidaire dehumidifier that lasted over 30 years. It finally died last year so we bought this model on 6/11/22 to replace it. It worked perfectly throughout the summer and autumn of 2022. It went unused (drained, cleaned, and unplugged) through the winter. Last week (6/19/23) I plugged it back in because the basement is getting damp again. The fan went on but even after four days of operation, no moisture is collecting in the bucket. I got one season of use before it died! Frigidaire quality is not close to what it used to be.
I'm glad I read the reviews before buying. Because of them, I bought the extended warranty (you should too!) Hopefully it will provide coverage for this. Buyer beware!

Great dehumidifier with huge capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frigidaire dehumidifier. The first lasted 7 years, so I did not hesitate to purchase another one. I would have given 5 Stars, but the new model lets you know the bucket is full only on the tiny control panel, whereas the old model had a bright light on the front that I could see from across the garage. It may seem petty, but it's inconvenient to have to walk up to the machine to check when a glance used to accomplish this. Also, the bucket itself seems much less sturdy.
The garage is staying nice and dry and this machine runs very quietly, so I'm confident we will get several years of use from Frigidaire again.

Muss Review of the 60 Pint Dehumidifier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression after reading the user manual and operating instructions were, they need someone to proofread their instructions. Steps do not match with figures referenced. If you need assistance with that effort, I have expertise in this area and offer my services. With regards to set up and initial operation. It seems to be intuitive. With all that said. This is my fourth dehumidifier purchase, but my first "Frigidaire" model. Time will tell if this is the quality product I expect it to be. Four star rating is based on my initial set up and use of this appliance.

Great dehumidifier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While only time will tell regarding how long this dehumidifier will provide service, so far this is *the best* dehumidifier my wife and I have purchased. We are using the dehumidifier in a basement of a 1930's home in Milwaukee -- the basement gets rather damp. The dehumidifier is not silent however it is the quietest dehumidifier we've owed, even with the fan set to "Turbo Fan". Also, this thing pulls a remarkable amount of water out of the air; so far it has been filling its bucket in under 24 hours. Would recommend to my friends.

Easy Setup, Working Great So Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up and get up and running. The auto-stop feature is also a saver so the bucket never over-fills. While it is the purpose of the device, the unit has also been effective at helping our AC units run more efficiently by taking the extra humidity out of the air. Two minor complaints: 1) the view window in the bucket is a little deceiving in the sense that when you can start seeing water in it, the bucket is essentially full; 2) I wish the power cord was a bit longer. These would not change my recommendation to purchase this, though, especially if you have a damp basement (we are in Philadelphia).

Not As Good AS Previous Models
1. Not as good as the previous models.
2. This unit is larger by width depth and height compared to previous models.
3. It does not have a carry handle on top.
4. The water collection bucket has a very small viewing window compared to older models that have a tall narrow window with a red water level indicator.
5. The bucket gets very full causing water spillage when emptying if you are not very careful.
6. Older models did not allow the water to fill to the brim.
7. The dehumidifier continues to run for 10 or 15 seconds after the bucket has been removed allowing some water to get on the floor.
8. It took 4 days before the bucket filled up running the dehumidifier in my basement. I don't believe my basement is that dry. think I have a defective unit. The humidity sensor does not seem to be correct.
9. Running on continuous mode the bucket did fill up faster.
9. Bottom line. The engineers that redesigned this dehumidifier should be fired. The old design was more user friendly.
10. The older units came with a 5 year compressor warranty These new models only have a one year warranty. Most disappointing.

Last only for 2 years
I bought the FRIGIDAIRE 50-PINT DEHUMIDIFIER on 08/2019. It stopped working after 2 years. The fan works but it doesn't remove humidity.
