Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Really like the look overall, a major challenge
Just bought and installed. The conversion to LP was super easy. The challenge, due to the design and solid back the range cannot be pushed all the way back to the wall because the gas inlet from the wall prevents the range from being pushed back. This leaves a significant gap between the range top and the back wall. I tool a part off my old Verona range as a temporary fix as it sits on top like a shelf that fills the gap. Forno needs to address this problem by creating a cutout area at the base of the back to allow for gas pipe coming from wall or by having a gap filler solution for the top of the range.

30″ Forno Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 5 Sealed Burners • FFSGS6125-36
Aesthetics---Five stars
Qualtiy---Five stars
Customer service---Five stars
My range arrived, professionally wrapped and packed. After installation, I noticed that the thermostat for the oven was wildly inaccurate and emailed Forno about the issue.
A nice email reply, followed by a personal phone call from the customer service folks led to a new thermostat being sent and a local service technician coming to install it. The new one is also inaccurate, though not by as much, and given the treatment I've received so far, I am sure that the issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.
The gas burners are powerful and take a bit of adjustment in cooking technique, but are a joy to use.
The red LED lights on the knobs---and the little red nightlights, too---are handy and a nice touch.
The hidden lower bake element is also a nice touch, and the convection fan is so quiet I had to check to make sure it was running.
The racks slide in and out with ease and the space for grabbing the racks with a potholder is very convenient.
I would buy it again, and I recommend it. I did a lot of research before I ordered the range, and Forno was the hands-down winner among affordable dual-fuel ranges.

Dirty cloudy oven window. Wobbly legs.
Dirty oven window. Looks like someone tried to wipe the dust away and failed. There are wipe smears and dusty dirt film on the enclosed interior oven window. Cannot use the "leveling legs" to level the oven because it causes the oven to wobble.

Stove looks like it will be good. But....
The stove ordering process was easy. Shipping was pretty good.
However, the stove itself does not seem to be well crafted. Screw holes are offline by 1/8th of an inch which makes cover plates not align. The Oven Door opens but the sound of grinding metal accompanies it.

30″ Forno Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 5 Sealed Burners • FFSGS6125-30
Lightweight panels are very easily damaged - be careful when moving. We like the roller bearing shelves with a pull out handle cutout. The wok ring is also useful to securely hold small pans over the burners.

36″ Forno Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 6 Sealed Burners • FFSGS6125-36
While I have only been using the range for about 4 days now, my overall Forno experience has been impeccable.
1. The range is beautiful. Looks and feels luxe and super high-end.
2. The range has some excellent features, which makes it perform like a more expensive range at about 1/5th of the price. Seriously, this thing is a beast, and everyone that's seen it has assumed that we spent 5K+ on it.
3. The wok ring is a must in my home, we opted to purchase the griddle as well. Solid choice.
4. The customer service has been impeccable. Courteous, fast responses, super helpful during the shopping process. I had a million questions, and everyone that helped took the time and made me feel valued.
Thank you, Forno. Upgrading my range has been a dream 2 years in the making, and you've made a stressful process (kitchen reno) a little easier to deal with.

Dual fuel 36” gas stove no gas flow
30-Dec-2024 purchase. 36” dual fuel gas stove with electric oven. Works great when the natural gas flow works. After just wo weeks of using it, I noticed the natural gas flow will be non existent when trying to ignite any of the burners. Ignitors spark and electric oven works. NG flows in other appliances such as the fireplace and furnace. This is the second time it has happened. Both times was when oven was being used. After oven has cooled off, then gas flow returns and am able to ignite the burners. I will contact support for further troubleshooting.

Great Range Quality
Our new French door range surprised us with the quality. Insulation makes it quiet and holds the temperature great! The robust appearance is met with sturdy grates, knobs and handles! The range arrived in a plywood crate and the range inside had a fitted For On blanket covering to protect and it was on a well built pallet! It’s good to be impressed with packaging materials in today’s world of cheap products as this wasn’t the impression before opening the crate or after, no it was about well built quality. Time will tell but so far we’re impressed.
