The most important thing to consider when buying an Inspire HR is functionality. It’s not a smartwatch and it doesn’t try to be, so if you want mini phone apps on your wrist, you’ll want to look at the Fitbit Versa line instead.

+
Small, light, and fashionable with excellent band support, Great fitness tracking and overview of daily stats, Excellent price point for a touch-screen tracker
-
-
Notifications aren't great on such a tiny screen, Google battery life but not quite five days
The easy-to-use Fitbit Inspire HR fitness tracker packs all the basic features you need to monitor your health and exercise for an affordable price.
-
+
Lightweight, stylish design. Accurate fitness tracking. Smartphone notifications. Lots of functionality for the price.
-
-
Small display. Thick bezel.
Apple is steep competition for any company, particularly Fitbit. While Fitbit's Ionic is a powerful fitness watch, currently Fitbit isn't trying to make it as comprehensive as the Apple Watch Series 4.

Refined, lightweight design with interchangeable bands., Swimproof and tracks swimming., Responsive touchscreen., On-device Exercise app along with SmartTrack auto tracking., Accurate heart rate monitor., Connected GPS.

-
Limited number of watch faces., Limited smart features., Shorter battery life than Alta HR., No altimeter., Still no Apple Health integration.
If there’s anyone out there who doesn’t already own a fitness tracker, Fitbit is trying to rally the last of them. This much was evident with its spring product lineup, which introduces new wearables that look no different than older Fitbits, but now come at a lower price point without sacrificing...

Lightweight and discreet, Solid five-day battery life, Useful perks like swim-proofing and guided breathing

Tiny screen might not suit everyone, Notifications leave lots to be desired
The Fitbit Alta, see our full review , was released in 2016 and last week we saw the introduction of its successor, the Fitbit Inspire and Inspire HR . I've spent the last week wearing the Fitbit Inspire HR and its clearly one of the most subtle activity trackers for those not interested in wearing...

Lightweight and comfortable for 24/7 wear, Long battery life, Detailed sleep and heart rate data, Fitbit ecosystem well supported
-
-
No altimeter for stair climb data, Hard to read in direct sun
It's easily the best value in Fitbit's product line, but don't expect a lot of bells and whistles.
-
+
Impressive feature lineup for the price , Easy setup , comfortable to wear , Mobile app integration works seamlessly
-
-
Serious lack of extra features , Mobile notifications on the watch screen are useless , Step counter a bit generous at times
The Fitbit Inspire HR is a fantastic fitness tracker. If you're in need of an inexpensive fitness tracker that doesn't skimp on too many features, the Inspire HR is it.

+
Low price point Small, lightweight design Accurate fitness, health, and sleep tracking Connected GPS is a nice addition
-
-
Design is a little bland Terrible proprietary charging cable
The reality is that the Inspire HR is more or less just another Fitbit. It doesn’t do anything super unique that any other previous Fitbit didn’t do. Except, now it’s cheaper. And that’s a good thing.

+
Accurate tracking at an affordable price.

Boring design. Doesn't stand out.
The Fitbit Inspire and Inspire HR are fairly good fitness bands overall. Their tracking is quite accurate for steps and sleep, and the companion app is very well designed too. We're pleased with the touchscreens on the Fitbit Inspire devices.

Expensive, Battery life could be better, No heart rate sensor, No in-built GPS, Expensive, Poor battery life, No in-built GPS
I love the fact that it is a simple tracker with a HR monitor and an affordable price, I don't need all the bells and whistles so this is perfect for me. I also love that it's water resistant and very light, which makes it very comfortable to wear and I don't have to worry about it when I work out...
I love the Fitbit app but Fitbit as usual is pretty in accurate when you wear it all day. And grossly exaggerated steps and calorie burn but when Worn just during activities it seems pretty accurate.I was extremely surprised at how cheaply constructed it is But I do love the look of it very nice...
I really did like the size of this fitbit, my problem was with the accuracy of the steps. It had be at 700 steps just walking from my bedroom to the bathroom which is 3 feet away. I tried to adjust but still giving me to many steps. May work for others but not me. Am sending back.
This device has a known problem with getting accurate heart rate measures when exercising vigorously. They provide guides at the website to help (making the band looser, moving it 2-3 finger widths from the wrist bone, constantly wiping away sweat that gets near the sensors, etc.
I fought the trend to have one of these for years, I never thought I'd own a fitbit... but I caved and got one for myself. I.LOVE.IT!! I don't use a scale at home, I don't do "diets", and I am heavier than the BMI chart says I should be...
I bought this fitness tracker in March, and I wear it everywhere. I especially like the Heart Rate monitoring and the information that it gives me regarding my sleep patterns. I usually don't wear watches or bracelets for long periods of time, but the band on this tracker is very comfortable, and it...
I love the beautiful design and all the wonderful features. It does so much and the results are very accurate. It really helps in keeping track of my fitness program and my eating and drinking habits and sleep which helps me to understand my sleeping patterns better.
Recently had my hip replaced and wanted something to help motivate me to get going and keep increasing my movements. This fits the bill.
I bought the Charge 2 about a month ago and after wearing it for a 2 weeks, it left my wrist bruised because the watch face was too big and bulky. The Inspire HR, however, is the perfect size and very comfortable.
I am still learning to use it effectively. I love that it is water proof since I swim 3-4 days a week. I actually tread water for 30-60 min. And it has worked beautifully. It keeps track of my steps. I also work out and I keep track of that as an aerobic workout.
