Ice accumulation in the back of the freezer and cr
The plastic in my refrigerator cracked! It is a substantial crack. Nothing fell on it or there was no accident just one day it cracked.
Also the freezer build up ice at the back of the drawer and this prevents the freezer drawer from closing properly. Removing the ice from the back of the freezer is a pain.
There is no way to turn off the fridge in order to remove the ice. There is no off button. It always stays on. I have had to remove the ice built up from the back of the drawer several times and it’s a big ordeal.
This fridge was a great price for a built in look but it has all these issues right after 5 years.
The company technician was not helpful either.

Refrigerator has so much capacity
I love this refrigerator and it is exactly what I need. I rated it as a 4 star because the freezer is very small with limited capacity, however, this is fine for my purposes. The ice capacity is also minimal. The refrigerator is very spacious and the double doors, make it so easy to access. The temperature in the drawers is able to be regulated. I have been very happy with the refrigerator so far.

Nice Fridge. Doors Are A Little Stiff
It's a pretty nice fridge for the money. Good build quality. However, the doors don't close as easily as I thought they would. Maybe it wasn't installed properly. Not sure. I'd call to have a service tech look at it, but that kind of thing is covered under the warranty. Keep an eye on whoever you have install yours. Mine also seems to be missing the screw covers for the doors.

Love the look of it being built into the cabinet. It is a litter smaller inside than a counter depth fridge. So if you have a big family you will need that extra fridge in the garage.
