Nice dishwasher
So far I am very happy with this dishwasher. I have had it for a month and I am very satisfied with how it cleans and how quiet it is. I bought this dishwasher to replace a Fisher Paykel double drawer unit that was in this house when I bought it 9 years ago. It had worked well until a couple months ago one of the tubs stopped working. Since the dishwasher was 22 years old, I decided to get a new one instead of trying to repair it. I considered getting a regular style dishwasher since they cost less, but I really like the double drawer setup because I can do small loads in the smaller drawer while waiting for the big drawer to have a full load of dishes. It is also easier to load the drawers, especially the top one, which I use the most. Hope this one lasts 22 years.

Unreliable and problematic
I love the 2 drawer design, it saves space and has more capacity than most dishwashers BUT this dishwasher is unreliable and is problematic. This is my 4th Fisher and Paykell 2 drawer dishwasher, they last no more than 3 years. I keep buying the same model because of the limited space in my kitchen. There is constantly a problem, the drawers fill with water that won’t drain, lights blinking and you can’t figure out why
the drawer is locked and can’t be opened, the machine won’t start. These problems usually start in year 3, and become progressively more frequent until I am forced to replace the machine. It is impossible to find someone who can service the machine and when I call the company I get the runaround. This new machine has started all the above problems and it is not 6 months old. These dishwashers are not cheap and should be more reliable. I would appreciate any help you can give!!!

Quiet, Versatile & Stylish
We’ve owned FP dish drawers for over 20 years as we’ve moved around the US. We chose them again because their size and functionality are perfect for our everyday household of two but allow for use when we entertain or have large family gatherings. Really quiet, cleans great and looks sleek and sophisticated. Love them!

Does the job
It cleans very well but difficult to operate. Instructions are not all that clear and control panel is not intuitive and too small to be able to read easily. Cannot tell if the load is clean or not...not clear indication.
