I am getting rid of the printer after 1.5 years. I have tried different weights of paper but they all jam after a couple pages. Like all cheaper ink printers, this one goes thru a significant amount of ink as well. I am trying HP as next printer since I am very disappointed by the Epson product.

I work from home and while I don't often need a printer or scanner, it does come up sometimes. I've had this model a bit over two years now and it is difficult to set up, very expensive to refill, ink-thirsty, awkward to scan from, error prone and generally not very user friendly.

The print quality of this printer is actually pretty good. It seems to default to color printing no matter how many times I change it. The thing guzzles ink like no other printer I have owned and has tiny cartridges. However I bought this for it’s 30 PAGE SCANNING CAPACITY!

It prints. It never stays set up for wireless printing. Never. It will not print in black if a color is out (a pet peeve). The ink cartridges are tiny AND EXPIRE and can’t be used. So even if you don’t print color ever you still have to pay to replace them.

I am really disappointed on how much color ink this multi function unit uses. I mostly use it to scan or make black and white copies and the occasional fax. I have a high speed laserjet printer so I only print occasionally but rarely in color yet I have had to change color cartridges on multiple...

Prints fast and clearly, but uses ink very fast.

I have had this printer for five years. For the first year or so, I loved loved loved it. Print from Apple device? Yes please! In the second year the ink began to disappear quickly. Even at a big box store it costs $50 to replace all four cartridges. AND YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THEM ALL.
