We needed (wanted) a very large screen for our living room but like the idea of being able to put it away. We were surprised to find that we could purchase a projector for a 100 screen for less than a 55 TV..
This is actually my second purchase. My first one suffered sever issues via close lighting strike. I now disconnect everything included HDMI when not in use. It was easy to set up and I route sound via a HDMI adaptor to a stereo receiver which in turn powers speakers in the wall and ceiling for a...
Good picture. I give it 3.5 stars.1. Unit does not have any Audio Out (RCA) to connect to Better Speakers. This is a really bad design decision.2. The Internal Speaker does not have much volume when using device outside.3. Does *not* have a Wired RJ45 Jack for Network.
Overall extremely satisfied with the cannon Epson projector. I was looking at several projectors but, kept on coming back to this specific brand and model. The colour and brightness are extremely good, and I love the fact that I can connect my SONOS system to the unit using apple tv.
5. When using the Network Projection Utility (from a Windows PC) you have no way to send audio to external speakers. The Windows Computer is in another room so you can't use the Windows Computer Speakers, which you can do if you change settings on Sound Card.
Bought to use for outdoor movie nights. The picture full HD 1080, super bright and clear. I would give this 5 stars but there is one major drawback. The audio is brutal, very low and can barely be heard especially outdoors. To make matter worse there is no audio out to add speakers.
Very live image and grat colours. A very nice projector!
set up took all of about 3 minutes I was able to connect my phone, my Roku and my computer to the projector. super easy (have to purchase the correct connectors) the sound is pretty good - if watching outside you might want to connect speakers We have very much enjoyed it!
This Epson replaced an older Viewsonic projector that was on the fritz. Overall this projector is a great value, it is much brighter than the Viewsonic which stated it had a similar lumen output. The picture quality is pretty much even as they are both 1080.
I enjoyed the Epson 1060: (Last purchased Nov 30, 2018) and the lamp died in May 2021. That’s good because the bulb was not supposed to go too long. So far, awesome. I purchased YUHAOYA v13h010l96 Replacement Projector lamp for epson powerlite Home Cinema, I cleaned the filter.
