We were looking for a refrigerator to replace the one in the garage and this one worked perfectly. I like the fact you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. Only disappointment was the glass shelves and since this refrigerator holds mainly drinks and bottled items I was concerned about the weight on each shelf. So far, so good and no problems. One thing to note is I assume the evaporator coils run on the sides and when the unit was originally cooling down, the sides got quite hot to the touch. It seems to be fine now that the eventual temperature was reached and is being maintained.

Element 17.6 cu ft. freezer refrigerator - It is not the best but it does keep your food cold. When opening the refrigerator door the items that are stored on the shelf shakes. (poorly made) The trays at the bottom I wish they had a lining so you can slide the trays out instead of just sitting the trays down. I don’t like the door, It should have had handles to open the door instead of placing your hand on the inside to open it. This is my honest opinion regarding my new refrigerator.

Very Quiet
This refrigerator is so quiet; the previous Whirlpool was very loud in its cycles and I've yet to hear this refrigerator cycle. We have a tunnel kitchen and it took some searching but after over 30 years this fridge is the first wheras the door opens fully without hitting the counter; granted it is a smidgen smaller than previous but thus far have not found any difference in space. Have only had for a bit over a month but so far am very happy with this purchase.

Freezer door spring-load stop - Major design flaw
It's a beautiful refrigerator but having a spring-loaded FREEZER door that stops so fingers are caught from discomfort of being accidentally trapped between...Defeats the purpose of having a self-closing door and energy efficiency.
The spring loaded "stop" design creates the more likelihood of a door accidentally left ajar, causing it to continously run, food defrost and components to possibly fail prematurely. The spring load stop requires users to constanly remind themselves to make sure the door actually closed, rather than a simple standard push and walk away.
The shelves are a thinner glass/plastic than previous models and much more likely to prematurely break.
Otherwise, it seems to stay cold as it should and looks nice.
Summary: Would I buy again? No, because I have to devote a couple seconds each time when using it .

Good Value for the Money
A really good second refrigerator. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but a very good value for the price. Controls can be a little finicky in terms of maintaining temperature, but there are separate controls in both the fridge and freezer which helps maintain the right temperature. I would recommend getting small thermometers to monitor the temps.

Controller thermostat problem
This is second refrigerator, model ENR18TFGCW, Serial # GC2201623RE000406.
You have serious problem with thermostat controller in freezer..
Usually at night it shuts down and temperature goes up to 30 degrees.
In morning when I opened door for ice temperature kicks back on and Freezer goes to 5 to 10 below zero. Will not stabilize near zero.

Love my new fridge!
This fridge works great, easily adjustable shelves. Perfect size for my small kitchen . It works great and easy to adjust temperature. Freezer keeps everything perfect with no frost accumulating on food (no freezer burn) and doors have a nice, tight seal. Its also easy to keep clean. Price was good, too!

Element 17 cu ft 2nd Fridge.
Our older 2nd fridge finally said “goodbye” so I was on lookout for a replacement. Visited 4 businesses and only had exactly what I wanted at a fair price too. It’s has the bottom shelf in door I wanted for drinks and this shelf was double wide so twice the drinks. Works perfectly in my space love it.
