Ok for the first two weeks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to leave a proper review on a dryer you've had for only a few weeks.
So far it seems quiet, one cycle it sounded like there was a rock in the drum. I stopped the dryer and moved it by hand. No sound. Turned it back on and its been fine since. Maybe a one-off situation.
A load or two on auto dry the clothes have come out a little damp and needed more time added on.
Other than those two situations it has been fine, I just wish it had physic buttons. Touch microwave style buttons feel odd.
If this lasts 10-15 years with no issues i'll call it a great dryer.

Great features and powerful heat chamber
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month ago and have used it many times. Love the Eco feature and the auto sense dry. My dry time has significantly increased. The dryer is very powerful so some smaller items like socks or underwear get caught in the opening to the door and sometimes come damp, but I just throw them in with the next load. Only reason for 4 stars is because this does not have the extended tumble, in case I start the dryer when I leave in the AM, it could random spin thru out the day to avoid added wrinkles. But overall I would definitely recommend this dryer to friends, family, neighbors.... Just about anyone

Simply Perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dryer. This Electrolux quietly does the job of getting our laundry done. We have it converted to propane for our unique set-up and love how well it works.
The simple interface even allows my kids to do laundry, as it remembers the last heat setting. Load it, turn it on and hit start!
One of my favorite features is the lint collection unit. It is fully enclosed and does a phenomenal job of filtering lint and other particles. Just slide it out, pop open the filter and pull the lint. The smooth ‘silk screen’ material does its job.

Performance was promising...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two-three months ago. Love the lint screen. Double mesh is very efficient removing lint. After one month, noticed that the back exhaust screen started to discolor. Looked very much like oxidation or burning. The powder coating burned off (my assumption) and the coating was melted on to my clothes as they dried. I tried to clean off the residue, but now I’m afraid the screen is going to oxidize. I have not had a chance to call for service. It’s too bad. I thought the initial performance was quite good and very quiet.

Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer and dryer set as a package with our builder, I was looking for a front load instead of a top load and one that could be stacked so I could add my 14 cubic ft freezer to the laundry room. The dryer does not disappoint, I love the automatic dry, it finishes the clothes so quickly, I time dry my towel and throw rugs, they always seem to need extra time. There are great settings on the dryer with the 5 cycles and huge capacity, so it does not take three drying times to dry a bedspread or comforter.

Not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our dryer was delivered, it wouldn't heat.. The igniter was bad. It took 2 weeks to fix. Upon one of the first loads dried, I found a hoodie had been ruined. The metal beads at the end of the hoodie string had gotten caught in the lint trap and RIPPED, TORN from the string. Since then, another hoodie string was caught, but thankfully not torn, only pulled out so that I have to restring it. Also, while I appreciate that the power button isn't as touchy as the one on the washer, it is too hard to push sometimes.

Excellent quality in design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the easy function of operating. One special issue to me was the lint collector on this dryer. My previous dryer a had a very porous lint collector. That collector left a lot of lint in the exhaust tube, which at my house is 30ft long with numerous bends and was a fire hazard. I would have to remove the exhaust tube from the basement rafters and clean it every year. Now my new Electrolux dryer with its quality design lint catcher gets all the lint and keeps the lint tube exhaust clean. Very nice and very thoughtful design, it is also very quiet which we enjoy the as well. I will always purchase Electrolux with it's quality design for safety for my home.

Why I Love My Electrolux Dryer
