Microwave/Oven combo is great in theory...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to put this appliance in our newly remodeled kitchen and try out the unique features. Our favorite part is the convection feature on the microwave. It will be hard to go back to just a regular microwave if we ever have to. The appliance worked well for almost 8 months and then just completely died when we went to put food in the oven one night for supper. No reason at all. Just gave up the ghost. Now we are getting the runaround on getting it serviced and we are out both a microwave and oven for who knows how long. A dire situation with kiddos.

looks good but doesn't last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly we loved this appliance in our new build. It was a major selling point in the kitchen. It worked well for just about 9 months but it was under warranty so we were pleased with the repairs. unfortunately the exact same very expensive part has failed again at just one year. This is a very expensive oven combo and the expectation for it to work for at least 7 years is not out of line, Of course now it is out of warranty even though the main control was replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this oven - it's exceeded my expectations and then some! The exterior is sleek, the digital screen makes for super easy clean up, and air-frying is a dream come true. That air-fry rack is pure genius - crispy food all around. One tiny snag: food slips through the air-fry rack, but a pan below it saves the bottom from burning. Even cooking? Check. Temperature regulation? Spot on. Convection, bake, air-fry - it's got more features than I know what to do with. As an avid cook, I'm totally sold.

Stay away....not built well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sadly stuck with one of these combos that does not work on the first try. It looks great and came with a new construction home, but they are VERY poorly built. This will be my third repair in 3 years. It's the door handle and door lock that is causing the problem. The unit doesn't turn on and is sitting until repair tech can come. Also....it's funny how 6 of the 8 reviews that rated this thing 5 stars are incentivized reviews. The real reviews only would put this under 1 star overall.

Horrible Choice

We closed last December and the oven and/or microwave has not worked for at least 12 weeks out of the 11 months we've lived in the home. Their repairmen are the best and super nice, but even they are scratching their heads on how to fix this. This is not a quality product or maybe we just received a lemon!
