Induction cooking...it is the future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a designer, I have specified many types of appliances over the past twenty years, and this product lives up to its promise of being so clean, sleek, and easy to prepare meals. Induction cooking delivers a quicker start up and cool down and is a time saver for todays busy families that are always on the go. This cooktop is safer because it cannot be accidently turned on and the surface stays cool to the touch. I highly recommend the Electrolux 36" Induction Cooktop and will refer all my clients to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the way the Electrolux 36" cooktop looks and works. It looks absolutely awesome on white countertops, but would work well with any color. It also works amazingly well. We did a comparison test boiling water on our old gas cooktop versus this one. The Electrolux 36" induction cooktop smoked the old gas burner. A remarkable 4 times faster to a full boil. The cleanup is also so easy comparatively. We are blown away and so glad we made the switch from gas to electric. And we are equally glad we chose this cooktop. Thanks for a great product Electrolux.

Excellent cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE have installed this cooktop a couple of weeks ago and love it! This intelligent appliance is very easy to use and it looks very sleek and modern. It heats up and cooks food much faster than our previous one. Very useful features are Power Slide there use can set a different temperature for the two burners and just slide prepared food to keep it warm or cook on the lower setting. Keep in mind that this is an induction cooktop and will work only with induction ready cookware (steel, cast iron or anything else magnetic). Overall I highly recommend it.

Need to be aware of the auto lock feature every time you turn it on. Also the auto shut off when spills occur is a nice safety feature. Truly enjoy this cooktop!

Great Induction Cooktop! Love it!

I have had 2 previous induction cooktops and this one is far superior then the previous brands I owned. It is very sleek, easy to use, and shows you which burner you are cooking on. It allows you to slide with a touch of your fingertip to lower and raise the temperature, instead of constantly tapping up or down like my previous top. It locks which is a great safety feature, especially for little children. It is also sealed around the sides which makes cleaning so much easier. No crumbs get under the sides of the top. The top cleans very easily as well. I added a short video so you can see how quickly it heats. It does light up and show which burner is hot, but induction cooktops don't stay scalding hot like traditional cooktops do. I highly recommend this appliance.

Super fast, and really sleek

This is my first time working with induction, and the speed at which it heats up is crazy! The stove is easy to use, and clean. It’s modern look really adds to our kitchen esthetic. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Upgraded from Gas to this Excellent mag induction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this incredible magnetic Induction cooktop for about 3 months and we couldn't be more ecstatic about it.. it is so much quicker to heat up and cook with and also more adjustable than the gas was. Not to mention how many hours are saved in cleaning spills compared to the gas cooktop.

We really like the size, different sized burners, and lighted knobs which give us the ability to see at a glance which burners are on.
Overall, the cooktop is easy to clean and parts are easily removed for cleaning.
One concern is the outer bright metalic ring on each burner is not easy to clean (it is easy to remove). it is difficult to keep looking new.
