The Dell UP2718Q is a premium 27″ 4K IPS monitor for color editing and professional use, but its great input lag and response time performance make it viable for gaming as well. HDR performance, on the other hand, is underwhelming.

The Dell U2718Q is a good monitor for most uses. It has wide viewing angles and excellent ergonomics, great for use as an office monitor. It's a good basic gaming monitor, but it probably won't please most serious gamers.

The Dell U2718Q is an intriguing addition to the popular UltraSharp range. Offering a blend of 4K and HDR visuals, the £725 IPS display has the ability to dazzle but struggles to reach its full potential due an immature ecosystem.

I purchased this monitor to run as a second monitor with an iMac 5k (2017) and it works flawlessly so far. The picture is fantastic and I'd say it's as good as the iMac screen side by side. I used a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) out from the mac to a DP in on the Dell and it worked instantly.

This is probably one of the best values for a work monitor. Code/text is crisp - which was the main thing I was looking for in a monitor. I've played a few casual games on it so far and the colors and resolution are nice but I knew this wouldn't be as smooth as something running 144Hz.

I have a 27" LG UltraFine 5K monitor and was looking for a 2nd monitor that's more affordable to complete the setup. Tried a cheaper LG 4K but their matte finish really made the text hard to read. I'm pleased with this Dell monitor which has a screen coating that's between matte and glossy.

Tried a few different monitors .. this works great with my MacBook Pro. Using a HDMI to USB-C cable through a USB hub to my MP. Minor suggestion to the designers .. move the cable hole in the stand higher, so as to hide the cables when the screen is fully elevated.

This is a very nice looking monitor (as it should for the price). It has an issue that's well known that switching inputs can cause it to freeze. I knew this before I bought it and figured I was fine since I only planned to use one input.

I replaced the Dell Ultrasharp 24" HD monitors with these so that I could have a full 1080P preview window on After Effects and Premiere Pro. I already loved the smaller ones, and adding 4K, HDR, and a few inches for each monitor made a huge difference!

Best 4K monitor in the price range. read reviews every where and is one of the top 10 recommendations for 2018 and 2019. and after purchase it didn't disposing me. Color profile perfectly match my apple Thunderbolt Display. Tried the LG 32UK50T-W before this but totally disappointed.

I am a professional visual designer and I use this display for print pieces as well as web and apps. Color is extremely important to get right, and this monitor is not up to par. Colors do not match my MacBook no matter how I try to calibrate the monitor.

Seems to be well built, easy to adjust and sharp and clear image. Colors feel a little washed out. Maybe I need to play around with the colors a bit. The screen is anti-reflective and I have mixed feelings regarding anti-reflective screens on high resolution devices.

While it provides good color accuracy on Windows, this monitor WILL NOT work properly on macOS since there's no official support on mac yet. You can see in the photos that the green is shown incorrectly (last few gradients are merged) on this display comparing to the one shown on macbook pro's...
