Nice All in One Package that doesn't compromise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually leery of combination machines because it seems they must make compromises and end up doing neither well but that is not the case with this coffee/ espresso maker. It does both very well in a small space saving package. The coffee maker is a standard drip type with an auto shut off for the burner and makes a good pot of drip coffee. The espresso maker has good pressure and makes a nice shot with good crema and has plenty of pressure for steaming milk for cappuccinos and lattes. It has a great feature of having a little warning flag that pops up when your drip tray is full so it doesn't overflow. It's a well thought out machine.

It’s like I’m in Italy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been failing at coffee until now. We’ve been using a machine with pods of coffee which I drop loads of milk and sugar just to make it palatable. I finally broke out this all in one DeLonghi coffee machine and WOW! I can’t believe how amazing this tastes and what a difference it makes to have a real espresso coffee with perfect hot milk and foam. Now I can have fancy Italian cappuccinos, lattes or just an awesome shot of espresso. We bought a grinder and some quality dark roast espresso beans to go with this machine and you are magically transported to vacation. I will never put a pod in a machine again. My one and only con is that it doesn’t come with a pitcher to froth milk but I happened to have one already so no big deal on my part. Get this thing, you need one!!

Would not recommend
I purchased the All-in-One Coffee & Espresso Maker expecting it to be a long-lasting, reliable product, but unfortunately, it stopped pumping espresso after just 22 months. We followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the company, including replacing the motor, but the problem persisted. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. A machine like this should last far longer than two years, especially with regular maintenance. While it initially made good coffee, its failure to function properly after such a short time is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for long-term reliability.

TRASH - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would give this zero stars if I could. After about 30 days, the seals are shot on the espresso side and I can't make a shot of espresso without water flowing out of every seal. It does not get up to temperature, so whatever I'm able to salvage is lukewarm at best. The frother no longer gets up to temperature either so it is worthless.
I have tried to reach out via support forms and phone calls with no response for months now. Don't waste your money and save yourself the headache.

A very nice functioning well made machine for a reasonable price. Drip brewing temperature is high enough to produce a full bodied coffee. The drip carafe actually will pour the first cup without spilling as almost all other carafes do. The device that accepts the drip water is large enough to easily and rapidly accept the carafe of cold brewing water without having to trickle the water into the fill reservoir. The one problem I have with the unit is that the espresso maker will sometimes discharge warm, not hot water. The heating indicator light glows steady as if the water was hot but is not. I don't know if my unit is defective or if i'm doing something wrong. Help!

Very good coffee from a simple, easy to use machin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I drink exclusively espresso, but, we often have guests. Like, a lot of guests. Like a brunch party with 12 people. We used to try to sling espressos, but that is a ton of work! This two-in-one machine makes it easy. Espresso for us when we are alone, and drip for the gang when we have guests!
How does the coffee taste? FANTASTIC. We love the espresso, and we get compliments from guests on the drip coffee.
And, it is not overly complicated. The operation is super simple. No sill bells and whistles here, just a really nice looking, high-quality machine that makes great coffee.

Great start but poor longevity
We had this machine for a few years and though it started off working great, over time it would start malfunctioning. We would descale regularly and used softened/filtered water. It would brew less than what we added water wise to the coffee well. It would start blinking and the clock would start rolling on the display. We finally had to replace due to the risk of a fire if it shorted out. We attempted to see if we could get it repaired and it was going to cost almost as much as when we bought it. It was just easier to replace. Upset that it didn't last longer and DeLonghi was supposed to be a good brand.

Great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved coffee, I started drinking coffee in my teenage years. This all in one combination coffee and espresso machine is great for anyone that loves coffee or espresso. The coffee side makes 12 cups of coffee and the other side makes shots of espresso, you can also heat your milk up with the milk frother. Overall this machine is fairly easy to use, you have to watch when you are making your espresso shots because they will overfill unless you turn them off. I usually just use a single cup coffee maker, because I am the only one in my house that drinks coffee. This machine is made of great quality and brews coffee and espresso very easily. I would recommend it to anyone that loves coffee.
