This oven's Exclusive Four-Part Pure Convection System removes flavor transfer, decreases cooking time and offers even distribution of heat. Its Automatic Hold feature switches it to the Keep Warm setting after food is finished cooking to prevent burning. It has a capacity of 4.8 cubic feet, which lets you make large entrees.
