Overall, I really like this machine. This is certainly not a professional ice cream maker, which churns more quickly, resulting in smaller ice crystals and soft, creamy ice cream. I have made ice cream many times since purchasing it and have learned tips and tricks to make the ice cream more creamy.

It was easy to use and my children loved it. I love the how easy it is to make sorbets with this, I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

So far I have made Ice Cream Sandwiches, ice cream truffles, black berry sorbet, cranberry slushies. I thought I would only be using this occasionally but so far I have been using it every couple days. The set up is very simple. Its super easy to clean. Minimal moving parts.

If you are using the ice cream maker as often as we are, having an additional bowl is a must have! We keep both of our ice cream freezer bowls in the freezer at all times. We make two batches of ice cream each time we make it and this just makes it so easy without having to wait an additional day to...

This ice cream maker is so easy to use. It is noisy, but I usually set it up somewhere so that I can close it behind a door and not hear it anymore. I recommend freezing the the inner bowl upside down over night as this provides more even freezing of the ice cream.

I couldn't ask for more with the purchase of the pure indulgence 2 quart frozen yogurt- sorbet & ice cream maker. The freeze bowl is very big and it takes up alot real state in the freezer also. When I say it makes wonderful ice cream (so far). If you have a deep freezer this more ideal.

Pros: Easy to UseCons:Other thoughts: This machine makes great homemade ice cream. The bowl has to be very frozen so freeze for 2 days or more. I also freeze my mixing bowl before mixing ice cream to help keep everything cold. The Cuisinart ice cream maker works great.
