This is my fourth machine and works fine for about 3 years ,after that be ready to buy a new oneOne review about the company call center is very bad. I called and promise me that they will send all the information in regard fix my old machine .

3.5ish really. I have delicious lattes every day, but also have to frequently clean up the water that's leaked everywhere. It's also pretty dang loud when you turn it on.

I bought this machine it takes a while to know all features and to properly use them, but other then that its a good machine the wand gives a special good froth and its also very hot quickly

I'vebought this unit twice. It doesn't lastvery long. Makes a great cup of coffee, but breaks down too soon. The first thing to go is the latch on the coffee filter, then a gasket or something blows a year later. The machine is then unable to build up pressure and leaks all over the counter.

This is a great espresso machine for the price I like that you can program how long you want your shot pools to last makes great espresso and coffee

Pros: seems to work as expectedCons: I like strong coffee but I am trying to figure out the right amount to keep it from being too strong.Also, the printed directions were not correct...but the online video was,Other thoughts:

This machine is very easy to operate, nice push buttons anyone can run. The coffee comes out with a nice colour and taste. It is nice to program the perfect coffee every time with the push of a button.
