During brewing, vibration causes the water container lid shake and emit an unbearable loud noise. The lid sure is a afterthought that went wrong. Get some weight and place on the lid and the noise goes away.I purchased due to the 36 mo labor/36 parts warranty.

I love coffee and I love this machine. I purchased a Delonghi a couple of years ago. It was complicated and hard to clean up. I love the EM-100, very consistent, easy to use, easy clean up.

I purchased this Espresso machine a couple weeks ago. So far it has exceeded all my expectations. I make Cappuccino's every night and its quick and easy. Love the milk frothing tube too. Now I just need to see if it will last for a long time without breaking

This is my first in-home espresso machine, and I have enjoyed it thus far. It makes great espresso. There is no timing feature, so if you want to ristreto, or whatever, you have to do it manually. The frothing wand leaves much to be desired.

I make espresso, capuchino, this machine is the best

I have much to say about this machine. I had a relatively cheap DeLonghi that I felt gave up the ghost, but the Coffee Geeks felt that I just needed an expensive grinder instead. I begged to differ with them.

I bought this as a replacement unit. Straight forward operation, easy manual buttons, no electronic/digital gizmos... Had the prior one for over 5 years with a lot of heavy use....

It is a nice coffee machine for daily use
