the 2 generations younger than we are were duly impressed.
I was in my first Astronomy class. And there were about 6 more telescopes. I thought others would be better then mine. They looked amazing and bigger. But when we used them, my telescope was the most interesting for the people. Images sharply and easy to use. I recommended it to a 15 people i think.
Worthy purchase. Friends recommended. Not disappointed.
This is the first Telescope I have ever used and I am very satisfied with it. I couldn't believe when I was able to see Jupiter with the 10mm Eyepiece. For a first time Telescope this is the one you need.
I have always been interested in space and astronomy but it had never occurred to me to purchase a telescope until recently. I always thought they were for professionals until now but after some time spent researching, I decided to buy one.
Telescope very nice, and does what its supposed to.Better detail than reflecter scope, ive got reflecter and refacter,if you want more detail,Refacter. The AZ stand is disappointing,,short legs, and siff to use,i had to disassemble, grease moving parts, then it was working fine,go gor EQ tripod.
I got this telescope for my birthday as I have always been interested in astronomy, however, we had a cheap supermarket telescope when I was younger, which put my parents and me off from telescopes at the time.
When received this the weekend was cloudy so the time came along and i am impressed by the mount also the laser point finder scope was tricky to adjust but you'll get used to it in time.
Excellent beginner scope for the price. Very light, easy to set up, easy to move around, easy to use (AZ mount is a must for beginners). With this you can see the moon and the planets (mars/jupiter/saturn are excellent hits right now) and all the major stars very clearly.
This telescope is great for beginners. Not too expensive, but you can still see a fair amount of binary stars, and the rings of Saturn were distinguishable from the sphere of the planet.
