The image quality of these glasses is among the best I have seen based on sharpness and brightness during low light observations. Near sunset, shady areas under bushes and in evergreen trees with dark shadows appear black or nearly so to the unaided eye.

This little monocular is quite big in size. Have a 42mm objective with 8X magnification. Contrast is quite good for this magnification and great FOV as well. Chromatic aberation minimal. Image is sharp & crisp. But it carries quite a heavy price for this small wonder.

The field of view is very relaxing to the eye and the optics are bright and precise. I am able to indentify electronic devices by type, on my towers, with this monocular due to its clarity. The compass allows me to check the positioning of antennas on towers.

Its very easy to get accurate bearings for map work because the scale is easy to read, your view is magnified, and the object-compass-eye are all lined up compared to using a compass at waist level. The optics are very good to my not so knowledgeable eyes.

I just purchased this for our safari in Tanzania. They were easy to customize the focus for my eyes and were really clear and quick to focus. I should have gotten the 10x42 though, due to the amount of birdwatching we did. Beautiful bino's love the material for handling, no slip or slide.

Purchased these for my wife who loves to watch various critters outside. We both agree the clarity and quality of these are outstanding. She's went on and on (in a good way) to friends/family about these, and how much more clearly she can see the ducks, horses, turtles, birds, etc..

I love these binoculars. I am a novice birder, and these have been amazing for getting a good look at all of the beautiful birds. They are so easy to adjust to use without my glasses, and just as comfortable and easy with them.

I'm coming to these from an ancient pair of 8x32's of my dad's, so I may be far more impressed by these than someone more used to modern optics. To my eyes the picture is crisp and bright, with seemingly no light lost at all.
