The ease of set up and multi functionality are the most valuable assets to this printer...been an ink jet printer person up till now and happy i stepped out of the box and tried this particular model...we desperately needed the fax ...still can not believe how simple this unit was to get started..

It took longer to unbox than it did to set it up. Quick WiFi setup and reconnect, settable sleep mode and more, clear printing. Prints two sided extremely fast, so fast that the output is waiting for me in the out tray and I'm only 10' away from the device. It was well worth the purchase.

I have had several printers throughout the years and I always had the problems of too much ink, stopped working after a little etc. I have had this printer for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. Doesn't use too much Toner, never had an issue with it. Works every time.

Great product and price I love laser compared to inkjet. Toner lasts so much longer only thing is it’s monochrome but when do you absolutely need color anyway. This is an awesome wireless printer copier and scanner. I even connected my phone to print with canons business app.

Printer always restrains from printing documents its so annoying

Both copies and scans look horrible. I talked to a tech guy from canon and he said it was due to something on my end. He told me to get new drivers but that didnt work. Just a horrible printer.
