Overall, we found the Canon Pixma TS9020 to be an extremely well developed printer in an attractive case. The fact that it comes bundled with an entire image editing suite is a huge bonus, and not something we’ve seen on a printer in this price range before.

It is compact and saves a lot of space for all of the abilities. I picked this version of the TS series for hardwire. I placed it on the network and used the weblink for the installation for 5 other computers in the house both Windows and Mac's. All are having no issues.

We bought this to replace a printer we'd fought with for a year and finally gave away. The Pixma 9020 has been, in comparison, a delight to work with. I have printed to it from a Windows 7 PC, a Windows 10 laptop, an iPad, and a Samsung Galaxy S5, with the only hitch being that I have to walk into...

i really like the printer, the only thinkg i had a problem with was loading the paper.

Bought this printer as a replacement for an older, failing printer. I found set up was easy, including the wireless configuration. No wireless issues with three household members using this printer.What is annoying at times are the error messages that will suddenly appear.

The printer has a very small footprint,and doesn't take up too much space. The plastic that it's made from is kinda on the flimsy side,like I said. But the good news is that for the price,it yields outstanding results.

This printer is useless. After printing one document, it stops printing, stuck on "Processing...Please wait momentarily." Will not print until I stop print spooler, delete spool jobs in Windows/Ststem32, restart spooler, then print. Once. Than the same circus all over again.

To begin, I love the styling of this printer. It looks like the serious instrument that it is. It seems solid, well designed and well built. I particularly like the retracting paper tray and fold-out 5" display. These features create a great ergonomic experience while allowing a small footprint.

I bought this printer 2 weeks ago, used it extensively, and pictures printed are excellent. They look even look better on Platinum paper.

I am trying to replace a canon printer MG 6220 - loved the features of this printer and it has been discontinued for awhile and finally this is a close replacement. What I don't like is how time consumming it can be to print a special sized paper or envelope in the rear paper tray.

The printer is working great to support my light home use for documents. It's very compact and prints with excellent detail, which is great. It prints double sided, which is an improvement over my old Canon printer.
