The Canon EOS M200 is an entry-level mirrorless interchangeable lens camera with a 24 Megapixel APSC sensor, tilting touchscreen and cropped 4k video. Successor to the EOS M100, it inherits the same body with its tilting touchscreen and the same sensor with Dual Pixel CMOS AF for confident focusing...
The Canon EOS M200 is a compact, user-friendly interchangeable lens camera. It has a 24MP sensor, great Dual Pixel autofocus, and in terms of image quality, gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It's the follow-up to Canon's previous M100, which we really liked .

24-megapixel APS-C sensor, Compact design, Tilting touchscreen, Easy to use, Good autofocus

Lack of controls, ports, and viewfinder, Sluggish RAW file handling, 4K is cropped
The Canon EOS M200 launches into a tough market and, while it’s a decent camera with some great easy-to-use features for beginners, it doesn’t really excite or produce compelling images.

+
Compact, Affordable, Shoots 4K video
-
-
4K video is cropped, 4K limited to contrast AF, No microphone input
A friendly, well-made camera with plenty of room to grow for photographers who want to give up their smartphones

Lovely, usable design, Lots of headroom for learning photographers
-
-
Ordinary image quality, Big crop in 4K

Compact, Easy to use with built-in help, Excellent colour reproduction, Easy to use touch-screen and controls, Simple design doesn't intimidate beginners, Compact lenses match camera system
-
-
Limited range of Canon EF-M lenses, More advanced options in menus, Lack of grip on the plastic camera body, Eye-detection focus off on default settings, Current price feels high, Kit lens is soft unless stopped down
Easy to use and produces excellent results. It's very portable. The only drawback for me personally is that the users must press a lever and turn the lens at the same time in order to access the menus.
