Bad design
This is actually the worst design for a microwave I’ve ever used. There is no keypad. You have to use a dial and the cook button. So cook button, push dial, turn dial one click for instant 15 seconds (no option for any other time), turn another click for fifteen more etc. push dial to start, turn dial up or down for five second increments. Incredibly annoying. I wish I had know before purchasing. Reheat doesn’t have a timer so you don’t really know when it’s done and have to watch it and test it constantly or else you could burn it. Honestly the worst design for a microwave ever. So disappointed.

Love The Dial
This is a beautiful appliance and matches my range perfectly. Many reviews mention the dial and a lot are negative about the dial. I am of the opposite opinion. I find the dial very easy to use, and most functions can be accomplished with the same or less clicks or rotations than using the number pad. Of course it takes a little time to get used to. This unit is easy to clean both interior and exterior. There's a lot less fingerprints on the control panel because of the dial. My favorite function is the Bluetooth connection to the range. The clock is automatically set after a power outage. The cooktop light and the evacuation fan automatically comes on when you turn on any burner. I highly recommend this unit.

Overall great microwave
Bought a month ago. Definitely a gorgeous microwave. Functions great. Love the gray interior. The dial isn’t bad except I could do with a single push to start microwave vs currently having to push dial twice to start microwave. Buttons on keypad do require a little more force than you would expect. Overall though we love the way the microwave looks and functions in our kitchen. A recommendation would be to have a color temperature selectable LED light under the microwave to match other light temps in the kitchen. Microwave comes with a 4000-5000k color temp light and our kitchen uses 3000k bulbs.

Disappointed!
I'm really disappointed in this microwave. Aesthetically it's nice. I feel you have to go through to many steps to start, maybe it takes getting use to. I really like the steam feature most of all. I like to bake, after trying to melt a 1/4c of butter and it exploding in 30 sec. you can imagine what a mess this was in my new microwave. Trying a second time at 15 sec intervals of course after completely cleaning same situation. Really this microwave cannot simply melt butter! No need to let me know that you'll try and address this in future designs, that does not help me on my new purchase.

Overall it's decent, but hard to justify its price. The dial is counterintuitive over a keypad. This microwave misses out on quick cook settings like 1-6 or 1-9 minutes cook time that a keypad offers. It also require too many button presses to get things done. You're better off prettying the 30s key repeatedly for most things. While the inside looked a lot bigger at first glance l, especially because the plate was way bigger than the one it replaced, it can't actually fit anything bigger. We only bought this to match the set and have syncing. This microwave isn't cafe quality, it's the same as any ge appliance. A bit disappointed tbh, other than it looks nice.

Really Enjoying This Microwave
The more we use it the more we like it. Coming from a 1-button start oven to this dial version is a little funky at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s just as intuitive. Works beautifully and we hadn’t realize how poorly our previous oven was performing until using this one. Exhaust fan is very good (it’s set-up to vent outside-not back in the kitchen) which we appreciate when we fire up the wok or do any sort of high heat searing. Gray interior is sleek and it looks great with her sister Café range! Very happy with our purchase.

Great Microwave, Great Features!
We purchased this microwave to replace a previous cafe model that stopped working. It’s a great match to our cafe range and has lots of great features. I’m giving 4 stars because we had an issue regarding the instructions of the damper for our rear exhaust install. They did not exist and the damper that was provided did not work properly until we bent a tab back for the air to flow. This damper would not have worked properly for the top exhaust as well. It was frustrating dealing with this on the install but it all worked out in the end and we are very happy with the microwave.

I brought this microwave with the dual fuel range. It was not my first choice,but due to the pandemic there wasn't much selection. Microwave has no keypad to enter time,there are presets with using a knob, so if you have certain things that you want only a specific time,it can't me done,or you have to enter more time and then stand there and watch the clock. Also the microwave panel does not light up like the range does,so to operate the microwave you need to turn on the kitchen lights in order to see the pad. I like the way you can connect the microwave with the range and synch the clocks, but it doesn't seem to want to keep the connection going,as I am always resetting.
