So Far So Good
Recently installed and used about 10 times. Too soon to give an in depth rating, but so far I am pleased. It seems to be slow when pre-heating; takes a while to get to target temperature. Once temperature is reached it cooks fast and well.
Racks do not slide out as easily as expected so I assume they nee to be greased with the provided product along the tracks.
It is a great looking oven and very spacious.
The WIFI feature is something I did not think I would use when paired with my iPhone but actually it is nice to have if I step away from the kitchen and the oven communicates with me on my phone.
I am not very trustful of electronic keypads, so I am hoping that it will last.

uneven heating
I have been using this oven for over a month and I find temperatures to be erratic. I set the oven to 350 and let it come up to temperature.... The display shows the set temperature of 350. Cancel and immediately set the oven to 400. The display begins to display current temperature... 320 and begins showing the increase. What happened to the missing 30 degrees? Roasts take forever...nearly twice as long as they did in my previous Electrolux oven.

Sophisticated, highly rated oven that disappoints
As this oven is the top rated model at Consumer Reports, I had high hopes for this model. While I appreciate its features and appearance, its performance is lacking. Temperatures are inconsistent, inaccurate, and unpredictable. For example, when it indicates that the preset temperature has been reached, it’s still 30°F to 40°F cooler than it should be. Once it reaches temperature, however, it sometimes overshoots the temperature. In multi rack convection mode, it overshoots it by 50°! Even though I have made a warranty claim and had a service visit, the technician dismissed my concerns by telling me that the oven was performing in a typical fashion. I don’t accept this. I should have bought from another manufacturer.

Exactly what I was looking for!
This oven replaced a GE convection oven that had stopped working properly. I was especially drawn to the air fry capability, the pull-out racks, and touch screen controls. It was very easy to install and works perfectly. I love the big window and bright light inside; you can really see everything which is nice. The controls are intuitive, and responsive. It pre-heats much quicker than my previous oven, and air fries to perfection. This was definitely an investment piece in my kitchen along with my new induction cooktop. I do a lot of cooking and baking, so it was well worth it to get high quality appliances. I couldn’t be happier.

Good oven, balanced cooking
Installed our oven about 6 weeks ago. The process was pretty straight forward although the oven was slightly larger than the previous unit - 5 minutes of sanding and we were set. The oven itself is intuitive to use - my wife was a little leery of having a touchscreen, but so far it has been easy and convenient to use. My one gripe would be that it would be nice if we change a setting to allow the timer to default to a large size when in use.
Baking has been a pleasure. We used to rotate cookies halfway through baking and no longer have to do that. We haven't not used the proof function or air fry yet, but looking forward to trying that soon.
We have not connected to wi-fi or used the built in recipes. Maybe later.

Wall oven
Read reviews and researched prior to getting new oven. Finally chose Cafe brand. Very disappointed. The temperature when set at 350 was about 380. 30 degrees off. However temp at 375 and 425 were only a few degrees off. Used 2 thermometers and same results. Now when calibrated for 350 the other temps are way off. When pay this much money for an oven should be calibrated a little better. Would not buy again or recommend.

Live the Smart Integration
I bought this oven because of the smart features and love everything so far. The oven is extremely quiet compared to the oven it replaced. My favorite feature is using Alexa to preheat it from anywhere in the kitchen. There are a lot of different setting to choose from most of which I haven’t tried yet. The air fry mode is one of the reasons I chose it over other ovens. It does a good job but not as quick as the smaller air fryer I am comparing it to. I thought I would dislike the screen navigation and find it cumbersome compared to older knob style ovens. I have found that it is as quick as anything with a touchscreen and easy to use. I am looking forward to purchasing the matching speed oven soon.

One small annoyance
The oven is new and we have used it only three times. So far we are happy with it. One detail bothers me. The timer is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen in a font so small I have to stand in front of the oven to read it. I can read the temperature across the room and there is enough room below it to display the timer in a slightly smaller font that could also be read across the room.
