DISAPPOINTMENT ON THIS PRODUCT
Ordered back in October 2021, arrived end of December. After professional install, the ovens don't work! What a joke. After another month and a half, a technician came for repairs, but didn't have any repair parts. Waited another 6 weeks for a return repair. Put in new parts, guess what it work for a minute and went out again, code 220 again. I called again and made an appt, to repair again. Set me up for a work order schedule 2/14/2022. NO SHOW! CALLED TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER SET UP A TECH APPT. AFTER OUR CONVERSATION, UNEXCEPTANBLE. Now another tech set up for appt 1 1/2 weeks out. If I knew this beautiful lemon which is so expensive, I would never have purchase this item.

Great Stove and oven... but these racks..
The double oven is great! Received this range 2 days before Thanksgiving and put it through the test. Worked like a champ. The burners on top put out the heat unlike our old range that took forever to get water boiling this one gets it boiling fast. We love the stove but the oven racks are stiff and do not glide out. When buying a high end appliance like this would expect it to have it all. If you want to upgrade the racks each one is going to cost a pretty penny. But we still love this range and are glad we bought it.

Great Double Oven
We bought this to replace the broken one at the house right before we moved in and it was the best purchase we made. The double oven has been great over the holidays to do cookies, roasts, rolls and more and make sure it’s all done around the same time along with anything cooking up on top. The 6 gas burners are great. The WiFi thermometer for the meat in the lower oven has been an added bonus. Preheating via your phone is super helpful especially when leaving work to come home or when you’re in the middle of a zoom meeting and can’t get up. Cleans easily and heats evenly. We only wish it had a matching ductless overstove vent/recirculator.

Great range: cooks well, controls work very well
Range works well, each oven works well and both ovens heat up incredibly quickly. Stove top burners work very well and all have very good ability to precisely regulate the heat being applied.
Some nuances to be aware of:
- you must connect the stove to WiFi in order to use the air fryer feature (no explanation given in the manual regarding why this is)
- the griddle is not seasoned so you will need to season it. One seasoned, however, it works quite well
- the vent on the top back of the stove emits some heat, more so on the left side than the right. It's not overtly hot, but it is warmer than my previous stove

Outstanding range
I absolutely love everything about this range. Have six burners and a griddle option makes cooking with several pans so convenient. I have no problems placing several pots on the cooktop. I was worried about having a double oven and how much room I would actually have to work with. However, it was the best decision I made to get a double oven. Cooking family meals and for guests is a breeze. I am able to have several things going at once and there is more than enough room. I also use the WiFi feature all the time to preheat the oven while on our way home from after school activities. It is my favorite appliance by far!

Awesome When it Works
The double oven and 6 burners are a huge selling point for us and we love the stove. We had it for 6 months when the ovens stopped working due to a common issue with a fan. We had 6 service calls over 5 months; diagnosis visit, repair visit 3 weeks later, next day no joy again… repeat 2 more times. GE was great to work with but it took a long time between visits. Finally after the 3rd trip to replace the fan and the electronics board failed to resolve the problem, GE honored replacing it altogether with a new model, and followed up a few times to verify all was good. We love it but can’t help but wonder when it’s going to stop working again.

Beautiful but not worth the money
This is a beautiful range. The white exterior makes it easy to clean and fingerprint resistant. I love the double oven but wish I’d looked closer and realized the top oven will not broil. The air fryer setting doesn’t compare to a counter air fryer so I don’t use it. The racks inside the oven don’t slide well and I was very disappointed with the low grade of stainless steel the cooktop is made of. I also already have discoloration on one of the burner circles that I can’t seem to clean. I’ve also noticed a clicking noise while the oven is running. I do love the app for this appliance. Being able to control it remotely comes in very handy.

I love this range
This is by far the most expensive appliance we’ve purchased. That said, it’s worth every penny. The convenience of the double oven is great, but I’ve been most impressed with the burners. I don’t know why but they seem to cook more even then our past stoves. They heat up our cookware quickly and offer really good control. The smart features are neat but we still figuring out if they are more than a novelty. The air fry function works just as good as our dedicated air fryer. We haven’t had a chance to use the proofing function yet, but we’re excited to have it. Overall if its in your budget this is a great looking and functioning range.
