Good quality range!
I purchased this range about three weeks ago. I like its modern look. It has features like WIFI Connect and Chef Connect, also the simmer option. Although the surface is stainless steel, cleaning is easy. The six burners are very useful. The oven also works great especially with convection feature. Another useful feature is that every time you open the oven door, the light goes on which is convenient. The only thing I do not like about this oven is the location/direction of the oven vent. When the oven is working, the hot air coming out of the vent might burn your hand if you are using the burners as well. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Love our new stive/range!
We purchased this range because we preferred it over one that matches our other appliances. It’s got a beautiful, sleek look and a bonus is in the drawer at the bottom. I love the six burners and the fact that I can fit several pans on the stove at the same time. I haven’t used it too much yet, as we only just put it in about three weeks ago, but so far so good. The digital panel is in the front so I sometimes lean up against it accidentally pushing buttons, but this is no big deal.
I also like the fact that it doesn’t have the back panel that many slide in ranges have and that I can turn it on and off and set timers with Alexa.

What an Upgrade!
6 burners - far more practical than 4 + a griddle. Storage drawer: much more practical size and opens and closes so easily. Ceramic-coated oven racks slide in and out perfectly. Very well insulated, protects our cabinetry. Stainless steel portions somehow clean more easily than our prior stainless steel range and everything prepared thus far has turned out better. Case in point: naan is now evenly browned and very fluffy. Glass over controls eliminates prone-to-failure flexible push-to-activate panels found with many products. Heats quickly, simmers better. Operation is intuitive and quick. So happy.

I purchase this stove a month ago and i"m not too happy. First it gets scratches every wehere when i remove the griddles and the burners is getting discoloration on the stainless steel part. I have a stainles steel sink and wash pot and pans and sink is intect no scratches. please advise.

An expensive oven shouldn't need service
I think the Oven is pretty good. However, we had to have the gas regulator replaced because of the persistent gas smell when using the oven. The burners were fine. It also took about a month before we could get a technician to replace the part. After they fixed the regulator, the drawer rails broke. It took 2 more months before the parts could be installed. For an oven that we received in early June, we didn't get it all working until September. The technicians were good. Getting the parts were a real problem.

Poor quality
We fell in love with the design of these appliances and purchased four pieces including the range. When it arrived the coating on the oven racks had begun to flake off and bare metal was visible. When we ran the oven (without the racks) for the first time we had flakes of metal maybe the porcelain coating shooting out of the top vents and in the oven itself and the broiler drawer. I have a call into GE for someone to come out and see the issue. I am very disappointed in the quality of the range.

The perfect pro style hybrid range
We spent a long time searching for a range and could not settle between a pro style or a standard.
Most pro styles lacked the convenience features or were exceptionally expensive, whereas the standard ranges had features but lacked the power and looks.
Enter the Cafe 30” platinum glass: Not only is this guy BEAUTIFUL, it also packs one heck of a punch. The 21k BTU burner is higher than most ranges you can buy, and it nearly lit my house on fire.
There are some minor draw backs, but nothing major:
The oven racks are surprisingly badly fitting for the price. They don’t have any sort of “action” to them, they just sort of jam in there like those old drawers with wooden slides. I don’t really re-arrange them much so it’s no big deal.
Also, it drives me crazy that when the timer is running, the “cancel” button turns off the oven instead of cancelling the timer. At least give me a “are you sure” guys.
All in all, these are tiny nit picks in an outstanding stove. The speed and precision with which I can now cook still blows my mind. Literally everything I cook is coming out better.
TLDR: perfect hybrid range for the high budget purchaser stuck between pro style or standard. 5/5 would buy again.

Exceedingly Excellent!!
We haven’t had new appliances in 13 years, and wanted to pick out appliances before we renovate our kitchen. Not only is it beautiful its functional capabilities exceed our expectations. It’s easy to use - and clean. The burners are well spaced. We have the propane conversion kit and it gives a great strong flame.
