Beware of this product
I wish I could rate it lower. The handles have come lose multiple times, we had to replace a part due to dripping from the ice machine. There is not much cold water from the dispenser. The auto fill does not work as expected. Delivery was a nightmare and you cannot reach anyone with GE to discuss the issues, you just get passed from one person to the next. The service person has been great, but each time we make an appointment for repair their is always a delay the day prior or day of service. I regret buying GE and will not make the same mistake again. Beware of this product and manufacture!

Great fridge with no beverage center!
We looked at the platinum glass set for weeks, and the only thing holding us back was we didn't want a beverage center. I randomly checked the website and BAM new fridge without the beverage center! Bought that day and I'm so glad I did. The fridge has a lot of room and has been great for us. The cons: it would be better if the shelves in the door of the fridge were a bit more customizable, the ice maker should be able to make more (and better) ice, and the freezer drawers can be awkward at times when trying to open the right drawer. However, the sleekness, the look, the build, and everything else outweighs any of that. It's been great - glad we got it.

Refrigerator of my dreams!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so sleek and gorgeous, its sight might make you cry. Everything works so flawlessly and seamlessly. One of the best features is a fillable and removable pitcher for water. I use this pitcher daily to fill my coffee maker. The backlighting is stunning and highlights everything within. The shelves are all moveable and one shelf can be shortened for taller items below. The freezer is so deep and has two sliding drawers to keep things from being lost in freezer. The convertible middle drawer is a welcome feature depending on your needs. This fridge is gorgeous and fully functional for everyone’s needs.

Do not buy this fridge!
Please listen to the one star reviews- I didn't and now I'm regretting it. This fridge was delivered on 5/21. As of today, it has flooded my kitchen floor twice, everything thawed in the freezer, the ice maker isn't working, and every time I open the freezer - water pours out of the autofill onto the floor. For the amount of money I paid for this, it's even more crushing.
I had regrets as soon as it arrived and I saw the cheap, flimsy plastic shelves and drawers- and it has only gotten worse. Shame on GE - I will never recommend them again.

Very unhappy in Ohio
I waited for a few weeks to receive this new refrigerator. It was installed and the door alarm kept going off. Doors are closed but alarm keeps sounding, We had to bypass alarm until we can get a service person . Also, no ice bin. I cannot make ice because it was shipped without the ice bin. My pitcher overflowed and water was all over my floor. We shut off the water to the refrigerator. I feel like I got a faulty refrigerator that was returned by another customer. It is beautiful but it has not worked properly since the first day.

It's been a pain so far! Still not functioning.
I got it installed on Dec 6th and had to request service immediately because none of the electronics function. No ice, no water, no connecting to wifi, and none of the buttons work. Service came out 12/13 to give me that diagnosis and now I have to wait until 12/28 for all the new parts on a BRAND NEW refrigerator to be installed. So far it's been a pain, but it looks pretty.....

Love my Cafe!
[Employee of cafe_appliances] I love the appearance inside and out on my new Cafe refrigerator. I have gotten so many compliments from my guests. The performance has been excellent so far and there is so much space! I really love the water pitcher dispenser and the extra drawer for food trays/wines. I only gave 4 stars because I have yet to find a way to get water without the door being closed. Also, the ice holder is not easily accessed and is very shallow, so the ice maker doesn't produce an abundance of ice as it did in my side-by-side fridge. Other than those small things, I really love this fridge and would recommend you get one :)

Beware of side panel nightmare!
For the most part we really the refrigerator and it is a great improvement to what we had previously. The storage capacity is excellent and we love all the features. My Favorite part is the ice make because it is located where it belongs, in the freezer (no more door ice maker issues!) The backlighting is also a very nice feature. The one complaint I do have and its a big one is that when we bought the white the sides come in black, we knew that and planned on getting the sides panels. DO NOT buy the side panels, I cannot even convey how much of pain they are. If I had known the panels were this big of an issue, I wouldn't have bought the refrigerator.
