Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Terrible service and dishwasher
Ge service came out twice due to a BRAND new dishwasher leaking and they basically were no help. Stated diagnostic test looks good and nothing seems to be wrong! Wasted my time waiting around for these people to tell me there is nothing wrong with dishwasher. Meantime I have a useless dishwasher unable to use bc it LEAKS and starting to damage my New hardwood kitchen floor. Don’t tell me I need to trouble shoot ( from a previous review) bc there is an obvious defect that Ge. Would like Ge to replace this piece of garbage bc I’m fed up with this company having no reliability.

Worst product ever!
Worst dishwasher ever! Stay away! Read the other reviews about leaking. We've been dealing with this leaky washer for over 6 weeks. The GE tech guy has come to "fix" the problem at least 4 times now. Even after applying goopy silicone everywhere inside this expensive dishwasher, they can't fix the problem nor are they willing to replace the dishwasher. They just keep rescheduling the tech guy which wastes weeks of time. Meanwhile I have an unusable dishwasher. Ridiculous GE! If I had a choice (which I didn't as this was a new home build), I would choose another brand.

Exceptional Quality Dishwasher.
Exceptional quality and construction. The interior of the dishwasher is stainless steel. The dishwasher has three racks inside. The top rack is for serving utensils, lids or measuring spoons. The Cafe dishwasher has super drying power and even my plastic dishware is dry when the cycle is done. The dishwasher came with all of the accessories needed to do a professional installation. I highly recommend the GE Cafe Dishwasher to anyone.

Works well but tines on 2nd shelf are a puzzle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rack configuration has me confused. it is so unlike my old Dishwasher. I tried reconfiguring the offset times on the middle shelf of the dishwasher so they were straight across from each other but they were then too close together to make saucers stay upright. I even went back to the store to look at the display model to see if maybe mine was defective. It wasn't and the sales guy agreed and didn't know why the tines were not across from each other. I reveiwed the manual again and then notice they were using it for drinking glasses which seemed unsteady when I tried it that way.

defective, insulation falls out and it leaks
Bought this unit a little over a year ago. We have gone through 2 doors, first was a cosmetic issue, second the insulation fell out of the bottom of the door and it leaked when we ran it. Both covered by warranty from the store we bought it from. Now, after the second door was installed 3 months ago, the insulation is falling out again but because we are 10 days out of our warranty, GE/Cafe will not do anything to help. We have to buy a new door. The insulation is falling out of the door and it leaks, just simple opening and closing of the unit. Would not recommend this product or the brand after the service we have received.

GE Cafe is not reliable.
Bought all Cafe products in 2019 because they appeared premium. In less than 5 years have repaired the stove 2x and replaced the dishwasher & microwave. Mind you, we don't have kids, so it's not like these appliances are getting heavy use or abused. This new dishwasher has insulation flaking off, leaks on every load and has a faulty display. All these problems in the first week. It's been over 2 months and there is still no ETA as to when GE can fix. Why not replace the dishwasher? It's clearly faulty. Disappointing service and product. Avoid at all cost.

Not The Best
This is the second Cafe dishwasher we have owned and the second one I feel the quality is still not up to par. We were hoping the for better results from this one. The interior racks are poor quality. The Custom Fit Top Rack with Ultra Wash broke with in a few months despite NEVER using it. It would constantly need to be fully pushed in to close the door. It finally stopped working and broke. The dishes and cup don't dry all the way and need we need to try with a towel prior to putting away the dished and cups. Not pleased with this produst overall. I feel like it is not worth the cost. Too expensive for the quality.

Cafe Dishwasher review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dishwasher. I remodeled a house in CA a few years ago and went for all of the highest end appliances and overall, I am more happy with the Cafe brand. The Cafe appliances, including this dishwasher, are very good quality, affordable, attractive, and constantly impressed with the interesting and sometimes fun features. This dishwasher cleans great, dry’s great, is quiet, and has great capacity. The ability to also somewhat customize the look was also great for our 95 year old house. I highly recommend the Cafe dishwasher, and frankly any of their appliances.
