Beautiful but loud
We bought this mini fridge in April during a kitchen remodel solely for its looks. While it functions fine, it was literally as expensive as the full size Samsung refrigerator we bought and it is very loud, which is disappointing considering the cost. In fact, we decided not to purchase the Cafe fridge because we were weary of the noise a full sized Cafe appliance would have after paying another premium. In the end, I would not buy this again despite its gorgeous looks. Really wish the mini fridge had given us a better impression because we were hoping to buy the Cafe package of appliances to finish out the kitchen.

Awesome features, quality, and looks!
I bought this as a surprise for my wife and she loves it! We have a counter depth refrigerator and were constantly rearranging everything in it to make things fit. This under counter fridge holds so much and the depth of the drawers holds our milk, juice, and 32 oz bottles without having to lay them down. The handles are very sturdy, the control panel is easy to use, and the soft close drawers work great. We had to remove the feet to make it fit because we didn't allow for the bullnose of our granite counter tops and it didn't scratch our wood floors sliding it in. Very happy with our purchase.

Perfect for Small Kitchens
We purchased the Cafe as our primary fridge for our small kitchen. I didn’t want a large appliance in such a small space and this was a good option. The downsides are the expense of the fridge, it costs much more than a standard size fridge. Another issue is the plastic container that comes with the fridge, the lids are not attached and they slide awkwardly/or fall off. The metal spacers in the upper drawer are useless and not needed, but they are fixed and cannot be removed. At times the fridge can be quite loud with an odd humming noise. Finally, the fridge temp has to be kept to about 40 to ensure that food at the back doesn’t freeze.

Works Fine after a 3 Week Adjustment Period
Purchased this under counter fridge because it was frost free and had drawers. Installed in minutes, then the fun started. Initial probs with getting the fridge to comply with the temp setting. Ice buildup in both drawers. Unplugged unit and tried again and put thermometers in both drawers. Reset unit and didn't touch it for two weeks. Ice buildup in top drawer and water in the bottom drawer. Then, poof everthing evened out with the temp. No more ice in top drawer or water in the bottom drawer. Temp setting and actual temp in both drawers match. Patience is rewarded! Everything has been working correctly for a week. Very happy!

Great Solution to limited space
Wanted an under-the-counter refrigerator and Café was an attractive option. The exterior and interior finishes were excellent upon arrival. Controls are easily accessed. Excellent user's manual/instructions. Like having the small crisper in the top drawer. Takes some getting 'used to' looking down on jar lids, etc to locate desired item. Also has a 'soft close' feature on the drawers ...at least on the top drawer. My bottom drawer does not have this feature and requires a hard push to close. Quite expensive for the volume of space BUT it does fit under the counter!

Compact and was to see everything!
Put it in a kitchenette at our beach house. Great place to stash extra beverages for guests. They love it and I love that I can see everything very easily for restocking. I don’t love the black stainless finish though. It scratches very easily. Was scratched right out of the box but the online store I bought it from said “too bad - you should have noticed the damage when they delivered it”. The delivery person said they will only take it back if the carton is damaged and wouldn’t wait until I opened it! Catch 22. Will never order an appliance online again. Anyway, I wish the beautiful black stainless was more scratch resistant.

Perhaps my favorite appliance
I bought this drawer fridge to supplement the counter depth fridge in my new kitchen. I am pleased with the amount of space in this appliance! It is fantastic for holding milk, juice, beer, pop, and snacks that frees up much space in the main fridge. The drawers are soft close and very easy to open and close. Smooth! The only thing I’m not thrilled about is that it cycles fairly often and is not noisy but not silent either. Fits beautifully in a 25” opening under the countertops without any necessary trim kit. Easy install…great operation, and ample space. Nice buy!!

nice drawers for the price with some drawbacks
I needed to replace subzero refrigerator drawers but since I'm moving soon didn't want to spend 6K +. I found these and while they are clearly not as good and do not have dual temperature control, the price was great. The biggest issue is that you have to have the same temperature for both drawers. I keep milk in the top and fruit in the bottom and I like my milk cold, but then it's too cold for fruit. Also because they have removable shelving it decreases the amount of room. While I have removed the shelving, the framework for the shelving remains and it takes up room. All in all these are good if you want a mid line product. Also I can't seem to get my temperature higher than 34 degrees.
